Enjoy the home's best amenity - the outdoor oasis! Take in the beautiful water views while enjoying the hot tub, outdoor dining table, outdoor living space, fire pit, and putting green! Walk the short and flat path to Beaver Lake's shoreline to get into the water!



Inside, you'll love the open concept living space and kitchen area in the center of the A Frame. This entire space is flooded with natural light and boasts gorgeous views of Beaver Lake. The living room has a huge sectional, a wooden stove fireplace, a Smart TV, and a large dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need and new appliances.



In the game room, you'll find another huge smart TV, cozy seating, and a shuffleboard table! This space also has built in bunk beds and access to the patio!



After an epic day, settle into one of our four bedrooms:

(1) In the loft is our primary bedroom - it is complete with a King-size bed, Smart TV, access to a private balcony, and en suite bathroom with a luxurious shower.

(2) The second bedroom is in the main hallway and has a King-size bed, Smart TV, closet, and access to the shared bathroom.

(3) The third bedroom is in the main hallway and has a King-size bed, Smart TV, closet, and a nearby bathroom.

(4) In the game room there are two Full/Twin bunk beds! This space is perfect for the kids!



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is located off a dirt road and has a few neighbors nearby. It is located on Beaver Lake's Shoreline.



Getting Around:

Explore Rogers and Beaver Lake! Our house is just 11 miles to Rocky Branch Marina and 15 miles to Downtown Rogers which offers several restaurants and shops.



Other Things to Note:

★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- The home is on a very sensitive septic system. Do not flush any hygiene products. The system can fail quickly, and additional fees may be incurred.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 2, and requires a fee of $200 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
