While the adults relax upstairs after a fun day on the water, your kids will be plenty busy hanging out downstairs in their own pad. Don't worry, they won't be up too late after spending the day out on the water swimming, kayaking, and jumping off the cliffs right off our private trail. Put them to bed in the bunk room that sleeps 6 and/or the downstairs king bedroom and let the adults continue their fun into the wee hours of the night.

Splash Landing is a beautiful lake front home with a private staircase and natural cut trails providing private access to the shorelines of Beaver Lake. Please note, this is not a flat lot but the owners have made it easily navigable for most people. Enjoy the lake view from the living room balcony, and from the two upstairs bedrooms. We love its proximity to Downtown Rogers where a a good meal, live music, or the grocery store are only a 15min drive away. Close to Prairie Creek Marina for boat rentals or bring your own boat or jet skis as we're just a few doors from the semi-private boat launch for easy launching each day.
