This home comes with a standard 4 Passenger golf cart. ** OUR GOLF CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF OCEAN LAKES, WE DO NOT CARRY INSURANCE FOR THAT.  IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE YOUR WHOLE GROUP WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE OUR RENTAL PROPERTY. Also No one under the age of 21 is permitted to drive our golfcarts. If you are caught, you may be asked to leave. Our Insurance does not cover anyone under 21 years of age.

Ocean Lakes charges a daily parking fee per car. These fees are separate from our fees and are paid directly to Ocean Lakes. **Richeson Properties charges a third party fee if you book through VRBO and we also charge a credit card processing fee if you use a credit card to pay for your booking.
