The heart and soul of The Delilah — and a true one-of-a-kind amenity in Hochatown. Create art in nature beneath towering pine trees with views toward the creek. From the lower level, wander down custom stairs into your own private stretch of creek — no shared access. Spend the day skipping rocks, wading, and exploring. From the creek, hike an old logger trail straight from the property. This is where The Delilah truly feels endless.

HOUSE RULES — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

We want your stay to be exceptional. These rules protect the property and the experience for every guest.

MAX OCCUPANCY: 12 guests. Guest count must match your reservation. Notify us of any changes in advance.

PARKING: 4+ vehicles in the large, level lot at the bottom of the driveway.

SECURITY CAMERA: One exterior camera on the front porch. No interior cameras or monitoring inside the cabin.

NO PETS: Unauthorized animals result in a $500 fee, additional cleaning charges, and immediate removal from the property.

NO SMOKING: No smoking of any kind anywhere on the 1+ acre property. Violations result in a $500 fee, additional cleaning charges, and immediate removal.

MINOR SUPERVISION: All minors must be supervised at all times on decks, stairs, the playset, fire pit, and creek.

CHECK-IN / CHECKOUT: No early arrivals or late departures without prior approval. Unapproved occurrences are subject to a $100 charge per occurrence.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: A signed rental agreement is required with each booking.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: $300 held during your stay and released after departure, pending no significant damages.

NO FIREWORKS: No fireworks or sparklers of any kind on the property.

NO HUNTING: Wildlife on the property is protected and is part of the guest experience.

NATURE NOTICE: The cabin is on a strict pest control schedule, but as you're visiting a forest habitat, the occasional wildlife visitor is possible. We appreciate your understanding.

WEATHER POLICY: No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or events beyond our control.
