🔑 Key Fob Security Deposit



• A fully refundable $100 security deposit is required for key fob use (see house rules for the fees)

• Deposit is returned within 1 to 2 business days after checkout

• Valid proof of key fob return is required

• Please submit a clear photo or video showing the key fob returned successfully

• Failure to return the fob, or if it is lost, will incur charges. (see house rules for the fees)
