Tucked away down a private driveway behind Field & Fort, this hidden retreat feels worlds away while sitting beside one of Summerland’s favorite breakfast and lunch spots. The home is nestled alongside a peaceful creek, where the sound of flowing water sets a serene, storybook tone from the moment you arrive.

A set of stairs leads to the main living level, where you’ll find a newly renovated, modern interior featuring a full kitchen, dining area, half bath, inviting living room, cozy reading nook, and an outdoor patio with ocean views. Out back, a separate patio deck is perfect for dining, grilling on the BBQ, relaxing, and soaking in golden-hour light.

Upstairs is dedicated to rest and retreat. A whimsical Harry Potter–style bonus room with a daybed is ideal for kids or extra guests. One bedroom features a king bed with mountain views and an en-suite bathroom, while the primary suite offers a queen bed, en-suite bath, reading nook, and ocean-facing views.
