L'appartement bénéficie d'isolement avec un balcon privé avec piscine et parking privé. Le balcon bénéficie d'une brise rafraîchissante avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan et le parcours de golf. La propriété est très sécurisée avec une entrée automatique et est entièrement clôturée.
L'appartement dispose d'un salon lumineux et lumineux avec une cuisine entièrement équipée avec plans de travail en granit, cuisinière, réfrigérateur, mixeur, table à manger, lave-linge, télévision (32 '), télévision par câble (50 chaînes +) et Internet sans fil gratuit. .
Les chambres climatisées de cette unité de deux lits ont chacune une salle de bains privative luxueuse. On a un lit king size et l'autre un lit queen size.
En plus du bassin profond privé sur le balcon, il y a une belle piscine à débordement située sur la propriété.

Nice views, very clean, quite; just what we were looking for.
We really enjoyed our stay at South Sea House. Both Karen and Jerome were VERY responsive to any small request we had. The villa was well equipped and had everything we needed. Very nice views overlooking the golf course and lush vegetation.

Best Place!
Had an amazing 7 day experience in Apt. 3. The listing is accurate in all amenities and photos are exactly as the apartment looks when you arrive. The property is clean and well maintained. Owner was there to great me and explain all the features of the apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment to singles, couples and families. Looking forward to my next stay.

Great location house
This house is in a great location with amazing views, security is also excellent, you will need a car to get to shops but i would recommend a car anyway to visit Saint Lucia. The house is spacious, the rooms are big and have everything you need, including air conditioning. The owners are very nice, air conditioning broke first day and it got repaired on the very same day, and it was a Sunday. They also let us stay couple more hours on the last day as we had a late flight. The swimingpool is a great addition to the house, it is not super big but good enough size to enjoy it. The house is near Pigeon beach which is an amazing beach. I definitely recommend this house.

Poor hospitality
Owner never care to say hi even though they stay next door during 6 days of stay!! Do not provide shampoo or conditioner. Poor water pressure. Very dangerous, hilly and risky driveway. Poor supply in kitchen. Can’t use swimming pool after 4pm!!!!!, so can relax in the evening if you want to use swimming pool!! Never recommend to anyone.

Based on all the other five star reviews we have received for our property since 2013 we are honestly not sure how this guest has managed to give such a poor review, especially when they told Jerome how lovely the property was on departure. Prior to this review we had 28 reviews for this property and they are all five stars. At South Sea House we have three apartments and overall for the three apartments we have 65 reviews (62 five stars and 3 four stars). We pride ourselves on the quality of our high end, but well priced apartments. However, we will answer each of the issues mentioned by this guest as follows:
Both the housekeeper and Jerome (owner) met the guests and made themselves available to the guests throughout their stay so we are not sure why they felt they never met the owner.
We are not a hotel but offer self catering apartments. Shower gel is provided in all the apartments for guest use. We find most guests prefer to use their own hair products. If the guest has forgotten shampoo or conditioner we would have been happy to provide if they had asked.
The water is on a water pump so there is good pressure. If the guest had an issue with the pressure there could have been a problem with the pump for this apartment (maybe air in the system). Again, if the guest had mentioned there was a problem this could have been rectified straight away.
We are located on a hill but there is plenty of space for parking and turning around. We are therefore not sure what the guest means by this comment. No other guests have ever complained about the driveway. St. Lucia is a hilly island so many properties have to be built on hillsides. It allows us to have a beautiful view and enjoy the cooling breezes.
Poor supply in kitchen. Again, without any details we are unable to comment fully. I'm not sure if the guests expected us to fulfill all their food needs. We provide salt, pepper, basic herbs and spices, coffee, tea and sugar. We are not sure what else they were expecting. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a guest would need to prepare meals. Again, no other complaints from other guests.
There is no restriction to use the pool after 4pm. In fact, when guests want to use the pool in the evening we turn on the pool and deck lights.
We are sorry this guest felt it necessary to leave such a poor review for our property and hope other guests considering us will reflect more fully on all the positive reviews we have received.

Wonderful Experience!
We stayed in the two bedroom condo. I loved the wonderful balcony and the views out over the land and the sea. Everything was very high quality and beautifully furnished. It was such a wonderful place to retreat to each day after a full day of fun in the sun. I personally would choose this over a resort any day! It's reasonable, spacious, beautiful, private, and felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was great! The washing machine and the large drying rack were really helpful. I highly recommend a rental car. The taxi fares are high and would more than pay for a daily rental car fee. This was my 3rd visit to St. Lucia. Although the location isn't right in a town or within easy walking distance to restaurants, it's a very easy and short drive (7-10 min) from Rodney Bay/Gros Islet. There is easy parking in town and the drive was not a big deal at all. Karen was very helpful and available as needed. We made use of the local cell phone. You'll need to make an account online in order to "top up" and add minutes to the phone if you want to use it. The constant breeze kept all the mosquitoes away. I appreciated the remote control gate system which made the property feel very secure. The property is in a nice area and I felt comfortable going out for a run without any concerns. I would recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future!

We do recommend car hire to our guests, but we do have one resort less than a mile away (Cotton Bay), which has full hotel facilities and two restaurants. As you mention we are close by to Rodney Bay, with its' restaurants, bars, shops, beaches etc. Regarding the local cell phone provided you can top up on line which is easy, but it is also possible to top up at any gas station, supermarket etc. by supplying the phone number which is shown on the phone. We look forward to seeing you again on future visits!

High end apartment in a lovely family compound. Beautiful views, cool sea breezes!
We would highly recommend South Sea House if you are planning a trip to St Lucia. The property is close to beaches, restaurants and shopping but is a quiet, safe and comfortable base from which to explore this wonderful island. The hosts, Karen and Jerome were so helpful, professional and friendly. They were always available if we needed them..like the night we got lost and had to call them for directions. They picked up the phone right away and guided us cheerfully back home. We really felt well cared for at South Sea House. They recommended a driver, Francis, who was waiting for us at the airport when we landed. It was great to have this service after a long journey. He even stopped at the local grocery store on the way so we could buy a few essentials. This made our arrival stress free. Karen greeted us when we got to the house and gave us a tour of the apartment orienting us to all its features. The housekeeper, Susanna was always around and was very kind and helpful. The apartment is just as pictured, has high end finishes and is very clean and well maintained. It was nice to have a well equipped kitchen in which to prepare breakfast in the morning and some meals if we just wanted to relax and stay home in the evening, but with all the wonderful nearby restaurants we were lured out to enjoy the fresh flavors of the local cuisine. We slept well in the master bedroom that had a very comfortable king size bed and air conditioning. Even though there were only two of us it was luxurious to have a second full bathroom. We are early risers so we enjoyed many beautiful sunrises from our balcony overlooking the ocean. We loved having a washing machine in the apartment. The TV and Internet worked very well. We enjoyed the private plunge pool as well as the infinity edge pool with the lovely seating area. We took many enjoyable walks in the surrounding Cap Estate neighborhood. We rented a car and did a lot of exploring of the island. We took the Isreal King water taxi ride with Jerome to the Pitons. Jerome and his assistant Glenn were great hosts and brought us to many local places we would have never seen or experienced on our own. On our last day Francis delivered us back to the airport so we could have one last leisurely look at the island before leaving. It was a warm and wonderful vacation made even more so by our lovely hosts.

Excellent quality and fantastic value for money
We have enjoyed just over two weeks in this superb apartment. It is beautifully decorated (and even has fresh flowers), is maintained to a high standard and contains everything you could need in a self catering apartment from coffee pots to food blenders. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided on arrival along with a few beers in the fridge as a welcome. The shower is huge and there is plenty of hot water. The weekly maid service is a blessing and she does an excellent job. Having a washing machine means daily trips to the beach don’t involve stinky towels! We hired a car and easy parking at the property is allocated for each apartment. It is only about 5 minutes drive to Rodney Bay and the marina. There are loads of lovely beaches nearby and one of our favourites (Smugglers Beach) is only 1.5 miles which is walkable if you are that way inclined. Karen and Jerome are excellent hosts - always on hand if you need some advice or help but never intrusive. They provide excellent driving directions from the airport. You have full use of the family infinity pool and the poolside sun loungers are really comfortable. There is also a table and chairs if you want to eat poolside. Every apartment has a ‘hot tub’ (which does not need heating!) which provides a great spot for an evening cocktail relax. The WiFi is excellent and there is a TV if you choose to stay home. I really doubt that you would find a similar property that is perfect in every way for such a reasonable price. We will definitely be back.

Great stay
We had a great time at the South Sea House! The view was amazing and the place was great. It had lots of room and everything we needed to be very comfortable. Karen and Jerome were very friendly and helpful with directions and answering our questions before we arrived. If we get the chance to go back to Saint Lucia, we definitely plan to stay here again.

This was a beautiful and peaceful place to escape to for vacation.
We were visiting from New York and were in St. Lucia to throw a surprise 80th birthday for my Grandmother. We chose Karen and Jerome's place to stay. We arrived slightly later than anticipated but Jerome was there to welcome us. He gave us a tour of the place and answered any questions we had. It was a beautiful spacious apartment and was exactly as pictured with a spectacular view. We also were provided a local cell we just had to put credit on, to use during our stay. Since we arrived on a Friday we asked for a Taxi to attend the Friday night party in Gros Islet. We were given Francis' number and arranged a pick up time. Francis made sure we had a great time and pointed out some great places to eat. We also arranged an around the island tour with him. I'm from St. Lucia and I've gone on tours around the island before but I've never met a more fun and charismatic driver. My family had a fantastic time. I would highly recommend Karen and Jerome's apartment. It is very peaceful and quiet. If you're ever in St. Lucia and need a place to stay it should be here and not in a hotel or resort because it will feel like home.

Jerome and karen are lovely! The location was perfect as was the accommodations. We stayed in apt 3 and it was clean and had everything we needed. The decor is island perfect. Can't say enough about this place. Thank you and see you soon. Also had a driver named Francis that took us everywhere and was more entertaining and less expensive than a car

Highly Recommend from Vancouver, Canada
Our stay was simply great.. we loved the apartment and would recommend it highly. Jerome and Karen were helpful with all our needs. It was clean , with lots of space and a beautiful view. Ocean breeze always kept the apartment cool and comfortable.
I did rent a car but changed my mind when I arrived there. Decided to hire a taxi driver/ tour guide that knew the island very well and could show us around to all the local sights and special events. Francis from Total Care Taxi Service was the best. Reasonable rates and trustworthy ....really went above and beyond to make sure our trip was memorable. Would love to return.

High standard well priced apartment
We have stayed here before and will keep returning as it would be impossible to find equivalent standard of accommodation for this price. The apartments have everything you need to self cater, the family pool is clean and has a beautiful view and the hosts are really helpful. The apartment is cleaned with fresh sheets and towels during your stay. It is about a 5 minute drive to Rodney Bay, the marina, Pigeon Island, Reduit beach and loads of restaurants/bars/shops. Absolutely ideal either for a couple in a romantic getaway or a family holiday.

Perfect place for short stay needs.
My wife and I plus another married couple were looking for a place that was clean, reasonably priced and at a decent location near activities. South Sea House was the ideal place that served all of our needs!
First off, I’d like to say that Karen provided flawless directions from the airport to South Sea House. Upon arrival (take care to mind the hill if you have a car load full of people & luggage) we were greeted and given a quick tour that took no more than 15-20 mins. The area felt safe and was quiet with a peaceful view. There was a constant breeze that kept things relatively cool and when it didn’t, the air condition worked perfectly.
We went to the market and grabbed some food in order to not have to eat out as much. Everything we needed was provided as far as dishes, silver ware, cooking utensils plus refrigerator and freezer.
The bedroom was clean, adequate and comfortable.
The bathroom was also clean and a decent size. The only heads up I would give is to probably bring extra towels and wash cloths especially if you use 4 or so a day.
Yay for fee wifi!
The South Sea House was about 10 minutes away from the super market, various restaurants and beach. This proved to be convenient as far as being away from heavy populated/tourist areas yet close enough to not spend too much time traveling to and from.
Overall this was a wonderful stay and I would recommend South Sea House to anyone looking for a reasonable, convenient short stay in St. Lucia!

This is still the best accommodation value on the island. We stayed for 10 days last month and had a ball. The place is every bit as wonderful as it looks in the photos. Karen and husband Jerome can supply you with tons of information about what to do and see in St Lucia. They can answer any questions, fulfil most requests. Jerome's motto: "no problem" In fact, Jerome is owner of Israel King Water taxi tours. Another great value! Check him out on TravelAdvisor's 10 best things to do in St Lucia. (he is under # 3!) My advice, book a stay with them and book Jerome for a day. It will make you whole trip. Also, be sure to check out Jump Up on Friday night at Gros Islet for a true Caribbean experience (Ask Karen or Jerome for details, but be careful of the spiced rum...). Finally, best to rent a car if staying here.

Comfortable getaway
My fiancée and I stayed here when we attended a wedding in St Lucia. The facilities were clean and the apartment was comfortable, nicely decorated and have a Caribbean feel. The bedrooms were also inviting and well equipped with king size beds. We were happy about the available wifi as well. The apartment itself is self catered and you feel at home when you walk in the door. We will definitely be returning whenever we go to St. Lucia!

Wonderful stay in St Lucia
We stayed in the 3rd floor, 2-bedroom apartment for 6 days. It was very nice, fairly new, clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a very nice view from the terrace, where we had breakfast each morning. There was a nice breeze in the apartment so we used the AC only during the night. We were able to have access to our netflix account... very important for the kids in the evening! Also, apartment is situated in a nicer part of the island, which was terrific. All in all, we had a good stay and if we were to go to St Lucia again we would be happy to stay in the same apartment.

Beautiful 2 bdrm apartment in hills overlooking the ocean.
We rented the unit for our 1 week get-away to St. Lucia. It was a beautiful place to be & we enjoyed our stay immensely. The house is only 2 yrs old & the inside is very clean, bright, & well-maintained. The master King was very comfortable. The AC worked well, but we only used it @ night while sleeping. The natural trade winds provided a nearly constant breeze. The owners, Karen & Jerome, were very hospitable. They were a great resource for info about the island regarding shopping, beaches, restaurants, places to visit, etc.. We would never have even known that there were other visitors in the building, because the units are well-separated & sound-proofed. The villa is in a nice area, & the landscaped grounds are fenced. We were given our own remote to access the gated driveway entry. It's a small detail, but the only improvement we would recommend is to add under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen. We had a great stay & would certainly recommend this to our friends & family!

A lovely two weeks!
Our two weeks in St. Lucia were based in this lovely apartment. It is very new construction, spacious and very clean. The views from the patio were lovely and the breezes along with the vaulted ceiling and overhead fans kept the unit a very comfortable. It felt very private despite the owner residence next door and two apartments below. The kitchen was well-supplied with the basics for cooking and mixing drinks although a pitcher of some kind to mix juice etc would be a helpful addition. The in-suite washer was great for our longer stay.
The location is ideal to get away from the busy Rodney Bay Area yet close enough for a quick trip to town for groceries, a meal out or some shopping. Close to some nice beaches although the beach at Cotton Bay Village had quite an unusual accumulation of seaweed a while after we arrived. It was fine to swim on one end of the beach and a nice spot to watch the kite surfing and horseback riders. The beach bar makes a potent rum punch! The apartment overlooks the golf course which ended up being a nice spot for breakfast a few mornings. Great coffee! The only minor concern was the patio chairs which were not the most comfortable but understand the need for something that can be left out in the occasional rain shower and not take forever to dry. Overall, a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it.

Thanks very much for your very positive review. We are pleased you enjoyed your two week stay with us. As you mention the apartments are very private. They were designed with this in mind so guests would have their own private space and peace and quiet, and each unit has its' own parking space outside their apartment.
We are pleased you enjoyed our convenient location, close to all the amenities of Rodney Bay, but in a very quiet and breezy spot. The seaweed on the Atlantic side beaches (Cas en Bas) is seasonal and varies each year. We are also very close to the Smugglers Cove Beach, Pigeon Island and Reduit Beaches - all of which are on the Caribbean side and not affected by seaweed.
I'm not sure if it's the chairs on your balcony or the sun loungers by the pool that you refer to in your review. The chairs on the balcony are aluminium due to the sea breeze, so they do not weather and rust. We just had some guests leave the apartment who complimented us on how comfortable they are and actually asked where we have bought them as he was looking for something similiar for his home. I therefore think it's the pool chairs you are referring to. We realise they are not the most comfortable and we are actually in the process of having some wooden sun loungers made and have just imported some Sunbrella fabric from the USA to have cushions made. These should be available to guests in the next few weeks and we will update our photos by the pool accordingly. Outlet to adventure
Beautiful location in north st lucia, near to pigeon island, the golf course, multiple restaurants, and a short drive to Castries. Constant trade winds keep it very pleasant. We stayed on the third floor, beautiful views of the rolling hills of the north. Two air conditioned bedrooms, amazing furnished kitchen, wifi, great front porch, washing machine, just to mention a few amenities. I would recommend at least a small jeep for the trip. St lucia is a great place for the adventurous traveler. Kudos to Karen, she was a gracious host.

We chose this plot to build on as it is located in Cap Estate, an upscale and popular area for vacation rentals. We love the beautiful sweeping views over the golf course and Atlantic Ocean and the wonderful quiet location with its' cooling breezes! It has been so exciting to see the plans and architect's impressions come to life in this beautiful home.

It is so convenient for all the amenities (beaches, shops, restaurants, bars etc) of Rodney Bay and the marina, but benefits from being located in a quiet area. Pigeon Island is also only a 5 minute drive away, as is the St. Lucia Golf and Country Club.
