Gîte de charme situé à Cap Estate

Un joli cottage avec une chambre et une piscine privée, idéal pour les couples.

Le cottage comprend une chambre double climatisée, un lit king-size et une salle de bains avec une douche semi-extérieure unique. Il y a aussi un salon / salle à manger avec cuisine ouverte et un grand patio qui profite de la brise et de la vue sur la côte Atlantique. Coffre disponible.

Ce chalet peut être loué séparément ou dans le cadre d'une villa Cadasse.

Femme de ménage, demi-journée, deux fois par semaine de 9h30 à 30h30. Entretien général et gardien sur la propriété qui répondra à toutes les arrivées. Divertissement: télévision par câble, un lecteur de cassettes radio avec lecteur de disques compacts.

Veuillez noter que nos domestiques ne sont pas des nourrices formées et qu'elles ne devraient pas s'occuper des bébés et des enfants et / ou les garder. Si vous prenez des dispositions en matière de garde d'enfants avec le personnel, sachez que ceci est à vos risques et périls.

The property looks exactly like the photos, very clean and well equipped. The view from the terrace is amazing. Cap estate is a quiet and peaceful area of the island. We loved it!

Loved the Plunge Pool!

Loved the views from the deck, and good air conditioning in the bedroom. You would definitely want a rental car to stay at this property as it is more rural location but it’s only a 10 to 15 minute drive to the Rodney Bay area with options for restaurants & beaches. Lots of Birdsong and night sounds, and colourful sprays of bougainvillaea and plumeria. Friendly Housekeeper and groundskeeper as well as management staff, who checked in with us when we arrived. We loved the plunge pool, being able to dine, regardless of the weather, alfresco and the options for lounge chairs.

Orchid cottage was a very nice place to stay

The terrace was very nice, lots of patio furniture and a great gas barbecue! The view over the plain to the sea was also great, a nice breeze and the fantastic climate can be felt here. It was also quiet and very relaxing. The price for this is that nothing is within walking distance of the place, so you always need a car (jeep / SUV!)The POOl was quite small / more of a plunge pool but the water very nice and clean, the cooling very nice and welcome.However, the communication with Margueritte, the property manager, was quite disappointing: no personal hello, no goodbye, communication of the most necessary only via whatsapp but also here sparse or no answers to inquiries - that was very irritating - especially since the housekeeper Sherma and also Brian, the gardener were extremely (!) nice and service-oriented people.

I just want to say everyone who is a part of the Blue Luxury team is fantastic. It was my boyfriend's birthday, and they gave the best recommendations. It's so nice seeing how concerned they were with making sure we got to the place safe. The housekeeping kept everything wonderful. The location is so close to restaurants, beaches, and parties. The view is also incredibly unreal! When I look through the pictures, it looks like AI on the deck. Please do yourself a favor and book with them!

Unfortunately we had to move places thru our stay bc the mosquitos were so bad. Also hard to enjoy the patio with the weather and bugs. The air conditioning is only in the bedroom and it was freezing with the door shut, but too muggy and buggy with the bedroom door open. We were unable to get refunded despite our request.

An amazing first trip

My fiancé and I traveled for the first time and decided to stay here based on the reviews and location. It did not dissappoint it was the perfect mix of having staff and independence. The place was the perfect size for the two of us and Brian and Sherma were absolutely amazing providing transportation, cottage cleanliness and some delicious goat curry, and great recommendations to local areas. It was amazing to get up, take a dip in the pool and relax on some days and other days head to local beaches. We will definetly be coming back, if you're thinking about spending time here I highly recommend.

Great Cozy Cottage

My husband and I had a great stay at Orchid Cottage. Brian was there upon arrival and explained everything to us. The view is incredible and it was just enough room for the two of us. Thank you to Margueritte for always being available when we needing something.

Margueritte our concierge, was wonderful helping with excursions. Sherma was so wonderful keeping the cottage clean and is a wonderful cook and gave us wonderful recommendations for dinner and things to do. Brian did a wonderful job keeping the pool clean. I couldn't thank these three enough for making our honey moon as great as they did. We can't wait to come back to the island!

Lovely cottage with a fantastic view from the deck and quiet, private surroundings which is perfect for a relaxing holiday. A car is pretty essential as restaurants and supermarkets are not within walking distance but there are lots of beaches and bays within a 15-20 minute drive. The hosts are easily contactable if you need anything and the cottage is well equipped. In all a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Orchid Cottage was a romantic getaway. The pool was warm and delightful! The staff were wonderful! While the drive/driveway was a bit treacherous, it was well worth it. Close to do much. Wonderful restaurants. But the best of all, was waking up to INCREDIBLE views every morning, and sitting on the deck or in the pool every evening. Best trip ever!!

Unfortunately, due to my husband's illness we were unable to stay. However, throughout the booking process up until the day we were supposed to depart the property manager was communicated with him. Simply based off of that we highly recommend this property and the management team who were understanding of our situation.

St Lucia 8 day Getaway

The setting of the property was stellar. The pool was perfect! Couldn't get my wife out of it. The kitchen was adequate. The bedroom is the only room with air conditioning. The toilet had a problem with leaking out the bottom seal. Manager responded quickly with a plumber that said that he couldn't fix it with us there. Real bummer. The property had odors at times and when I checked I saw that the septic tank has drain lines that are not underground, just draining down the property. Overall the people is what truly made this stay! Brian, Lucilla and Illtad were great!

Beautiful!

The cottage was adorable and has an amazing view. It is small but cozy, perfect for 2 people. The housekeeper comes twice a week so the place is always very clean. The only negative we experienced was the drive to the place. Google maps does not know how to route to it properly and kept taking us on dead ends and the roads thru the neighborhood are dirt and VERY bumpy and filled with potholes. You have to drive slow. Once we learned the proper route though it wasn't too bad, just be prepared. Otherwise the neighborhood itself felt very safe and it is only a 10 min drive to dearby shopping and food around Rodney Bay.

This cottage is absolutely breathtaking! Such gorgeous views and a very peaceful area. The pool was very nice as well, overlooking Cap Estate which is the best view ever! There is AC & a fan in the bedroom and only a fan in the living room/kitchen area so that tends to be very warm, but if you leave the patio door open, you can get a nice cool breeze to circulate inside. I even used the BBQ grill outside which was was nice - (Brian the caretaker helped me with setting this up - he was very helpful and kind throughout my entire stay!) Be prepared for the bugs and flies, however you will be able to find bug spray in the cottage which you can use to spray the rooms to minimize the amount of bugs/flies, so I made sure to do that every day. All in all, I will say this place has a very romantic, private and serene tone to it which I think will be perfect and better suited for couples unless if you like the reclusiveness on your own then this will also be perfect for you :)

I highly recommend staying at Orchid Cottage for your next trip to St. Lucia. The unit itself is beautiful with amazing views from the balcony, privacy from neighboring units, a private pool, and air conditioned bedroom. From a value standpoint, I am not sure you can have better accommodations than Orchid Cottage. The unit also includes a private parking spot which is a great convenience, since you will need a rental car to get around the island (be sure to rent an SUV, as you have to drive on some unpaved roads to get to the unit). The hosts are amazing, they were there to greet us when we arrived, provided recommendations on restaurants and local beaches, and arranged for a doctor to come to our unit to give us COVID tests which were needed to return to the U.S. This is not the everything-at-your-fingertips resort experience, but at the same time you are not going to be roughing it by any means. If I return to St. Lucia, I would stay here again.

Lovely Cottage - Some Rental Shortcomings

We very much enjoyed our 15 might stay at Orchid Cottage in Cap Estate, St Lucia. It suited our needs entirely, has a fantastic balcony with wonderful views, a lovely plunge pool (not heated, other than by the sun), and is very comfortable and characterful. The support of Sherma and Brian during our stay was great, and some of the maintenance shortcomings highlighted when we arrived were quickly resolved (broken soap dish and light switch). We have just a few comments: - The bedroom blind was broken making it very difficult to open and this was not resolved. - The fire alarm battery ran out twice (beeping in the middle of the night on both occasions) and rather than replace the battery a second time the alarm was removed! - The side garden (with hammock in the pictures) remained a mess. - Many of the kitchen items are very tired, with all food containers (tupperware type) broken / split. - The television is tiny, but we didn't watch! Outside the control of the rental company is that there was some noise during the day from local building work, and motorcyclists revving their bikes in the early hours of the morning on some nights. Plus, you will need a hire car or arrange rather expensive taxis (circa US$20 for short one-way trips to local beaches or shops).

This place is super special with amazing views. Be careful what time of year you book as we had a LOT OF RAIN !!! The housekeeper is truly wonderful, Very knowledgeable and friendly A great place to stay in the Rodney Bay Area.

My wife and I loved the area, it was very private which is exactly what we were looking for. It was very close to rodney bay area, short drive to beaches and pigeon island.
