The apartment is all yours, so you can enjoy complete privacy and comfort during your stay.
Guests have full access to Runaway Beach Club, Calypso Cay Resort, and Holiday Inn amenities, including pools, hot tubs, splash pads, mini golf, and fitness centers.
For security, all guests must complete our Truvi background verification before receiving the gate and door codes. Reservations will be cancelled if the Truvi process is declined.

PET POLICY:
Maximum of one (1) pet per reservation
Pet Fee:
1-7 nights: $25 per night
8+ nights: $200 total
PET FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE NIGHTLY RATE. AFTER BOOKING IS CONFIRMED, A PAYMENT REQUEST WILL BE SENT.
Failure to register a pet will result in a $200 pet fee.
Pets are not permitted in the community`s common areas â thank you for respecting this rule.
NO SMOKING & NO PARTIES:
To help keep the home enjoyable for all guests, violations of the no-smoking or no-party policy may result in additional cleaning fees, early termination of the reservation, removal from the property without refund, and/or charges in accordance with VRBO for Hosts.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited under any circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, cigars, or any similar substances.
Smoking inside the home, on balconies, patios, or near entrances that results in any detectable odor will result in a minimum $500 additional cleaning and odor remediation fee.
The property may utilize odor-detection and remediation methods (including professional cleaning, air purification, and ozone or similar treatments) to restore the home to a smoke-free condition.
Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.
If a party is detected, it may result in immediate termination of the reservation and eviction without refund.
