The Space:

About this space



Our tiny house is parked close to world-famous beaches, Publix & restaurants, family-friendly activities, and everything you might need. You’ll love our large pool area with a heated, salt-water pool, spa, hot tub, rock water slide, keystone coral fire pit, and private parking/entry. Our place is a perfect getaway for couples, solo adventurers, and small families.



***This large property is shared with another Airstream, a Loft apartment, and the main house. The pool, spa, bar, and backyard areas are shared spaces. ***



We designed our space to be open and full of bright, natural light. We have a white shiplap interior with 14 windows and an open layout featuring a full kitchen, a cute bathroom, and two sleeping lofts on opposite ends. Double French doors open up to an outdoor hangout area and a covered pool. We’re just a short walk from Palma Sola beaches and less than five miles from world-famous Anna Maria Island beaches.



Our master loft features a comfy king-sized bed, and our 2nd loft features a cozy twin bed. There is a pull-out sleeper sofa on the main floor. Our space is ideal for 2-3 guests but will sleep 4 if you don't mind close quarters.



OUTDOOR AMENITIES:



The backyard offers a retreat for the whole family! If you are not out exploring the beaches, parks & surrounding areas, completely relax in the backyard tropical paradise. Hop in the pool or decompress in the in-ground hot tub. (*Please note that because it is in the ground it does take up to 45 minutes to completely heat up.)



NEWLY ADDED!  A free-standing spa/hot tub (adults only please).  Nestled in a gazebo enclosure, this newly added space offers peace and tranquility.



Or, if you're feeling energetic, there are various games to be played with friends or family. Choose from croquet, corn hole, lawn darts, or a soccer net with a ball. You will find these in the shed for sharing.



In the mornings, pick a spot on the covered patio at the bistro table or outdoor living area as you sip a cup of coffee. In the evenings enjoy a meal al fresco at the outdoor dining table or sip a beverage of choice while gathered around the fire pit!



And if you would like to make cooking easy, make sure to grill something delicious out on the BBQ. Don’t forget to snap another perfect photo in the outdoor floating chair on the patio with the tropical yard in the background!



The property does have 4 separate rentals available, if your group has not reserved all 4 units, please note that the backyard including the pool, hot tub, BBQ area, firepit & kits playset are a communal space.



Guest access



Guests will have access to a private driveway, a large heated, salt-water pool & spa, a rock grotto with a waterfall, and water slide, a large backyard area with a playset for kids, a live-edge oak bar, and an interior washer/dryer.

We have super-fast 300/mg wifi with a wire mesh network for coverage over the whole property.



Other things to note



No pets are allowed



The house is non-smoking



During the cooler season, a space heater is available.



Like most tiny houses, our cozy sleeping lofts are accessed by steep stairs or a ladder. This may not be suitable for small children or anyone who may have difficulty climbing. Sleep cozily at your own risk :-)



The firepit is there to be enjoyed, however, wood is not provided. You will need to bring your own.



NO parties, events, or loud music on the property for the sake of our neighbors!



The washer & dryer are not available for use between the hours of 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. to allow our cleaning team to prepare for the next guests' arrival.



Security Cameras are on the outside of the house and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.



Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.

Guest gives permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation.  Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

The family-friendly home is in a conveniently located neighborhood in the Palma Sola area just 5 miles from all that Anna Maria Island has to offer from its beaches to its sunsets. You will be right around the corner from grocery stores, several restaurants, coffee shops & more! The greater area will be right at your fingertips making this the perfect home base for your Floridian adventures no matter what excites you!

Please note that the property on which this home is located has 4 different rental properties. With the main home, you will have access to 4 parking spots. The home is right off a major roadway for easy access.

If you plan to check out the island, there is a free trolley with many stops, or rent a bike to tour around the island at your own speed. If you would like to check out the nightlife scene the Monkey Bus is available, so you do not have to worry about transportation! Rideshare services are also readily available in the area.



Getting Around:

We are right across the street to shopping, grocery stores, USPS & UPS, and restaurants. The bus stop 0.4 miles from our house which will take you anywhere you need to go. Uber and Lyft are both readily available.
