Heated Salt Pool & Hot Tub Spa: Enjoy a relaxing soak in the newer salt hot tub or take a refreshing dip in the heated private pool in a screened lanai with plenty of privacy in a large, fenced backyard. There is no extra charge to heat the pool or hot tub.

**Hurricane Policy
In the event of an official hurricane warning issued for our area during your stay or within a few days of your scheduled arrival, we will offer flexible options if you desire to leave including rescheduling or a full refund. Please reach out with any concerns—we're here to help and want you to feel confident booking with us.

**Pool & Spa
When you activate the heat for the hot tub it takes a full hour to heat. You cannot heat the pool and spa simultaneously. Pool heat is free but please let me know, prior to your stay (or during your stay) if want the pool heated and I will set it to 85 degrees. Depending on the air temperature it can take 1 day for the pool to reach 86. When air temperatures drop below 75 degrees, pool temperature can be affected. We unfortunately cannot guarantee pool temps when this happens but it is pretty uncommon in South Florida. **Guest safety is our first concern. Use caution with the pool/hot tub, grills & fire pit. Please do not leave children unattended. Rental & use of the premises and house including the pool/hot tub, fire pit & grills are at your own risk. ***If you are new to VRBO and/or have no reviews, you will need to send a government issued photo ID (driver's license) within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be cancelled. No 3rd Party Booking is allowed, meaning the person who books and pays for the stay must be staying in the house for the duration of the stay. Unaccounted for guests or pets who are not on the reservation will be charged an extra $500 per person and/or pet, this goes for parties as well. No parties are allowed.
* Lost key will result in a $100 locksmith rekey fee.*

For long term stays of 28 days or more, a security deposit of $1000 is required and is non-refundable if you cancel 6 months or less before your stay. Check in instructions are provided the morning of check in but your security deposit must be paid first. Thank you!
