Welcome to The Hook & Club House, a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home situated directly on a scenic golf course, offering the perfect setting for your next vacation. Located just minutes from Table Rock and Beaver Lakes, this property invites guests to unwind, enjoy local cuisine at Eureka Springs, and savor beautiful sunsets from the comfort of a covered deck. Every detail is designed to provide all the comforts of home and more, to ensure a truly memorable stay. At this time, we do not allow pets.

An inviting, spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home situated directly on a scenic golf course, offering the perfect setting for relaxation and family fun. Located just minutes from Table Rock and Beaver Lakes, and less than five miles from Eureka Springs where you will find unique shops and local cuisine.

Entrance- Ample parking in the driveway for up to four vehicles as well as parking in the garage. Just three steps up from the sidewalk to the front porch where you will enter the front door keycode for entry.

Living Room- Upon entering the living space, you will find a coat closet with hangers and an umbrella provided for those Arkansas showers as well as a bench in the entryway to quickly drop the backpacks or purses. The living room offers ample seating with an oversize couch, loveseat and recliner. The gas fireplace quickly warms the space on those chilly days and fills the room with cozy ambiance. Enjoy your favorite programming with fast and free Wi-Fi on the 65” television or select from a library of DVD’s, books or games for your entertainment.

Kitchen/Dining- The dining area situated just off the kitchen provides seating for up to eight by utilizing the butterfly leaf in the table. Tablecloths, placemats, and napkins are provided. Additional seating is available at the breakfast bar with four padded bar stools. The well-appointed kitchen includes new appliances such as fridge, dishwasher, microwave, crockpot, air fryer, toaster, mixer, and state of the art coffee maker to brew and froth your own lattes. Enjoy plenty of workspace on the granite countertops for meal prep to the large, oversized oven and four burner electric range. Plenty of quality pots, skillets, bake ware, dishes, glasses, knives, cutting boards, utensils and flatware at your fingertips. We also supply coffee, coffee pods, Stevia, sugar, basic spices, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergents, parchment paper for baking, aluminum foil, and cling wrap/baggies. If dining out is your preference, the Island Grill is within walking distance or local restaurants are just a few minutes away.

Laundry- Situated just off the kitchen with entry to the garage as well as access to the back deck, the laundry room offers a utility sink, front load washer and dryer, counter space for folding laundry, oversized ironing board, and iron. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided and located on top of the washer. Extra lake use towels are provided in the cabinet over the dryer.

Bedroom #1- Sleep well in our “Let’s Go Fishing” bedroom with a comfortable queen bed. Enjoy the convenience of two nightstands with charging options on both lamps, ample storage in the closet and dresser, and a designated workspace if needed. This bedroom also boasts black-out shades, curtains, and smart TV.

Bedroom #2- The “Golf Room” also offers a comfortable king bed with luxury sheets and comforter. Two nightstands with charging stations, walk-in closet with ample hangers. Dresser to unpack your belongings and wall mounted Roku TV. Black-out shades and curtains for those late sleepers.

Master Bedroom #3- The expansive master bedroom offers an ideal setting for comfort and relaxation. King bed with luxury linens, two nightstands with charging stations, storage bench, dresser and walk-in closet with ample hangers for easy storage of your personal items. No living out of a suitcase! A wall mounted smart TV conveniently situated for viewing your late-night shows from your cozy covers. Master bath is ensuite with plenty of counter space and wall to wall mirror. Enjoy the plush 100% cotton towels/wash cloths and high-end toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap) provided.

Bathroom- Plenty of plush linens in this spacious bath with tub and shower option. Of course, toiletries and tissues are furnished as well as hair dryers (2) and make-up mirror.

Backyard- Stepping through the sliding glass door, you’ll find a relaxing covered deck with plenty of seating for great conversations while you take in the serene sunsets.

Guest access
The entire house is available for use, except for one owner's closet. An extra refrigerator/freezer is available for use in the garage.

Other things to note
We hope you enjoy the Hook & Club House! It is quiet, comfortable and convenient to the local grocery store and shopping center for any of those last-minute items. A kid-approved park is less than five minutes away and the Island Grille and Clubhouse are within walking distance. It is our goal to provide all the comforts of home and then some.
