The coffee station provides a pick me up any time of day and the minifridge can hold take-out from your adventures in The Village. Of course, as part of your stay as our guest, you'll have access to shared building amenities. But the fresh mountain air? That always comes free. During winter, the ski lifts are only a short walk or bus trip away, via the complimentary village shuttle which stops directly outside the lodge. The cross-country skier will be able to enjoy over 80 miles of trails at Lost Lake during winter. See the local scenery from above with a zipline tour from Ziptrek (home of the longest zipline in Canada and the United States), based just over a half-mile from the condo.

During this entire project, intermittent construction noise and odours from the associated solvents are expected to impact the entire building.
Mechanical work will include: Extensive Concrete saw cutting for formwork / Grinding of concrete / General hand and power tool use (hammers, drills, compactors, lifts, jackhammers)
All work will strictly follow the Whistler Municipal Bylaw construction hours. The work schedule is planned to commence between 8-9 am every day, Monday to Friday and shifts will range between 10-12 hours, with work days concluding near 8 pm at the latest. There will be no work on weekends or statutory holidays.
This construction will be most visible from the courtyard-facing units. Rates have been adjusted accordingly on courtyard-facing units to acknowledge any inconvenience that may be experienced as a result of this project.
