We are aware and agree that it is showing signs of age and usage now, and the owner has agreed to invest in some improvements. The dishwasher has now been replaced with a brand new one since your reservation. We are aiming for other appliances to be replaced in the spring. The patio door has been on order since last fall; it has come in, and we have scheduled the replacement for the end of January. We cannot do too much about squeaky floors and pipes, unfortunately, but we will organise professional carpet cleaning in the spring. We will also take a look at the bathroom mold and see how to get this fixed. We value your insights as they help us understand the guest experience better. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again for a smoother stay from start to finish.

We provide photos, a virtual tour, a unit description, and a list of available amenities so that future guests know exactly what they will be seeing upon arrival.
