The Space
âą Bedroom: Plush king-size bed with elevated bedding and layered textures for a hotel-level sleep experience.
âą Living Area: Sleek, modern lounge featuring a 55â Smart TV and a sofa couch that converts into two twin beds, ideal for additional guests.
âą Bathroom: Contemporary spa-inspired bathroom with a glass walk-in shower and modern finishes.
âą Design & Comfort: Thoughtful decor, warm wood accents, and clean lines create a refined yet inviting space.
All Guests Will Be Provided ENTRY Codes Day of Arrival.
Available during days, unavailable 11pm to 8am
Location: The home is located in Old East Dallas, an up-and-coming, transitioning neighborhood near Deep Ellum. Youâll be close to downtown attractions while experiencing a more residential, local setting.
âą Parking: Free parking is available in both the front and back of the property. Please park only in designated areas and be mindful of neighbors.
âą Quiet Hours: This is a quiet property. Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for neighboring residents.
âą No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, or unregistered guests are strictly prohibited.
âą Violations may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund and a minimum $500 fine.
âą No Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed inside the unit.
âą A $300 smoke remediation fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
âą Bedding & Linens: Please do not use makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, or similar products in bed.
âą Stained linens or towels will result in replacement charges.
âą Occupancy: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time.
âą Respect the Space: This home is professionally cleaned and designed for comfort. Please treat the property with care and report any issues promptly so we can address them.
