Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I thought it was great! Shower pressure was great, AC worked great. It was really good! Some concerns: We had to buy an extension cord to reach from the back to the front to plug in the golf cart. The toilet seat was loose and kept coming off. Could have used more towels with the size of the group. We had to keep washing them. There was a hole on the back deck that had not been repaired. Everything else was truly great!! Location was great as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2nd year staying at this house and it was a blast. Last year they had an umbrella on the deck and it made it way more enjoyable to sit on the large deck, this year no umbrella, so the deck wasn't used as much. Definitely recommend replacing the umbrella! Also I thought there were more blankets last year than there were this year. This year we only had the blankets that were supplied and they were super thin. I had to go buy blankets for us, no big deal, but night one, we froze. Props that the ACs were working great though. Also had maintenance stop by to remove the hair from the shower as it was not draining properly. Other than that, would definitely stay again!

Great Location, Small beds.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean and the location was great! Very close to the beach compared to many of the rentals and had all the kitchen amenities needed to cook. Even had beach toys and beach bag. Our main issue was the mattresses. I should have read clearly that the 2 beds were FULL size beds, a little larger than a twin. So, this was a big adjustment to my husband and I and my very tall teenager. My other child slept on the pull-out sofa mattress, and it was very thin and uncomfortable. Just be sure you are aware the mattresses are full size not queen. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early b/c no one had slept in several nights. The set of drawers in the bedroom were broken (the faces would come off when you pulled the handle), and the broom was broken in half, so it was hard to sweet the sand off of the porch.

Great location so that my son could walk to the basketball courts, pools, etc. Not a huge problem, but it would be nice to have an eletrical outlet at the front of the villa. We got a limo golf cart and it was hard to maneuver it behind the deck to plug in and there was ant hills, so there would be ants on the golf cart during the day. Other than that suggestion, the place was perfect and we plan to rent again next year!!!!

Has a nice complete kitchen and bar sitting area, nice shower and bath, and a nice deck. It's in the "tree" side of the park and close to the beach, the coffee shop, the store, and the pool. Nice TVs in both sitting area and bedroom, and internet is high speed. Everything feels new. Wish I could have stayed longer.
