💲 $250 for up to 2 pets and $100 for any additional pet

🧹 Excessive pet hair may result in extra cleaning fees
💩 Pet waste must be picked up ($50 fee if left behind)
📦 Pets must be crated when unattended

• Policy Notice: We welcome pets; however, all pets must be on a current monthly tick and flea prevention plan. Proof of treatment is required prior to arrival (via email), and this policy is strictly enforced to maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests.

📋 House Rules (Strictly Enforced)
• No parties or events without prior written approval
• No smoking indoors ($500 remediation fee)
• Only registered guests permitted

Additional fees may apply for:
• Unauthorized pets ($150 per animal)
• Late checkout beyond 10 AM (minimum one night’s rate)
• Exceeding occupancy ($150 per person/day)
• Plumbing misuse ($500 minimum fee - flush toilet paper only)
• Excessive cleaning, damage, or tampering with equipment

A signed rental agreement and ID verification are required after booking. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.
