2. Apartment Access Code: Prior to your arrival, we will send you a code to access the loft entrance. This code will allow you to enter the apartment, and access an electronic key placed on the table.
3. The electronic card will be your key to enter the apartment until your check out.

1. Sauna and Turkish bath are available.

2. To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a complimentary starter set of essential items for your arrival. In the kitchen, you'll find coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, dish soap with sponge and basic cleaning products. The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.These items are provided as a one-time courtesy to begin your stay. For longer visits, you may need to replenish these supplies at your convenience. Several grocery stores and pharmacies are located nearby in the neighborhood.

3."Check in" is at the reception of the building located on first floor. You will be provided with bracelets for every guest registered with priority by the host. After check in at the lobby you will going to the apartment by your self, where you can get inside the apartment with the code sending to you by Host before your arrival at the building.

4. No smoking inside the apartment or balcony.

5. No pets.

6. Only registered guests are allow inside the apartment and surrounded areas.

7. the studio has 1 queen bed for 2 people and a bed under de queen bed for a kid or a petite size adult.

8. No parties.

9. Take care of towels and bedding from elements that could stain them such as makeup, hair products, dyes or sunblocks.

We want you to fully enjoy your time here! Just a friendly reminder that the balcony is considered a public area, visible to neighbors and surroundings. For everyone’s comfort and in line with local regulations, we kindly ask that private or intimate activities be kept inside the apartment. The Colombian National Police may intervene in cases of inappropriate public conduct, so for your peace of mind, anything private is best enjoyed indoors. Thanks for understanding!
