Glad to hear you enjoyed the home and location and it worked out well for your family graduation! We do wish we had been made aware of the concerns regarding the A/C and comfort during your stay, as we would have been happy to help troubleshoot the system and provide additional fans if needed. Regarding the backyard, our lawn service visits every two weeks, and depending on weather and growth conditions, the grass can occasionally become a bit longer between visits. We appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again in the future.
