This stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bath OCEAN VIEW unit is ideally located just STEPS FROM THE BEACH. Enjoy the fresh salt air, morning sunrises, and the soothing sound of the waves from this serene coastal retreat. It offers beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wifi, flat screen TVs and more! The complex also offers resort-style amenities, including an OCEANFRONT POOL, ELEVATOR, private beach access, covered parking, and secure building entry. Enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail on your own private deck while listening to the sounds of the ocean. Morning sun, afternoon shade.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own ensuite bathroom. The additional bedrooms share a full bathroom and feature twin bunk beds, a full size bed, and a queen size bed. WE PROVIDE ALL THE BED LINENS AND BATH TOWELS (please note that washcloths are not provided). This unit sleeps up to 8 people.

The kitchen is a modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave. It is well stocked with all the equipment and utensils you need to cook and dine in. Want to take in the fresh air? The sliding glass door opens up to the large private deck with magnificent ocean and beach views.

You can also enjoy the spacious shared outdoor area! This shared space features an in-ground heated pool. To rinse off the salt and the sand from the beach, there is an outdoor shower. The pool is only open in the summer season (limited days and hours in May, early June, and September).

Additionally, guests have access to our private storage closet which is fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and a beach cart.

ENTERTAINMENT/TECHNOLOGY - For inside entertainment, this unit features four flat screen Roku TVs with cable and the ability to access all your favorite streaming sources (must have your own personal accounts). The TVs are in the living room and all three bedrooms.

Access to the unit is by keyless entry. Access code will be provided one week before check-in.
