This property is just a few minutes' drive from Dock Square in Kennebunkport. This Beachside town, which offers specialty shops, restaurants, bars, fishing and boating charters, trails to bike or walk, and the picturesque beaches that sweep our Maine coastline for miles. Kennebunkport's most picturesque beaches are Goose Rocks Beach, where the sand is as fine as baking flour. Other beaches just across the town line in Kennebunk, Mother's Beach, have rock formations that create tidal pools for exploring tiny sea creatures. Mother's Beach is every child's favorite because of the playground next to the Beach. Also close are Middle Beach and Gooch's Beach, which offer the best fine sand for building contest-worthy sandcastles, surf for the most fantastic boogie board experiences, and a horizon for the most amazing sunrises and sunsets. Our town is a quaint fisherman's village that has developed over the years into a desirable destination for visitors and summer residents.

Designed for both celebration and everyday moments, this kitchen effortlessly hosts everything from holiday dinners to casual weekend breakfasts. With five beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3.5 baths, including a thoughtfully designed studio suite situated above the garage for added privacy and quiet, yet still part of the home, the property comfortably accommodates extended families or multiple families traveling together. There’s space to come together — and space to retreat. Step outside to a sprawling backyard surrounded by trees, ideal for lawn games, for children to play freely, with a climbing gym, for morning coffee in the quiet, or for sunset cocktails under the stars by the fire.

CALENDAR AVAILABILITY & BOOKING DETAILS for 2026:

• May 14th - June 22nd: 3-night minimum.
• May 22nd - June 26th: 4-night minimum for Memorial Day Weekend; you cannot check in or out on Saturday and Sunday.
• June 26th, we start our 7-night minimum.
• JULY & MID-SEPTEMBER: 7-NIGHT MINIMUM.
• Labor Day Weekend; you cannot check in or out on Saturday and Sunday.

• Bedroom 3: Second Floor, two Full beds, with an additional TV/Lounge area within the same room but separated by a wall.
• Bedroom 4: Second Floor, two Twin Beds
• Bedroom 5: Above garage, Private Studio Suite: Queen bed, The room features a high ceiling, stylish ¾ bath, beautiful light fixtures, seating area & coffee bar. The large sliding glass doors let light pour into the space and open to a private deck to enjoy your morning cup of coffee in quiet. Has a private entrance, which you'll need to exit the house and cross the breezeway to enter.
• Additional Spaces: Mudroom, laundry room, and 1/2 bathroom.

We offer beach parking passes for Kennebunk Beaches ONLY; we can not supply parking passes for Kennebunkport due to town regulations.

This vacation home is set up with our guests in mind.

• Linens provided for the king (1), queen (2), full-size beds (2) & twin beds (2).
• Towels and beach towels are always fresh.
• We have plenty of pillows to choose from.
• Kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances to prepare meals, and a dishwasher makes cleanup easy.
• Washer, dryer, and laundry detergent/dryer sheets are available for your use and replenished as needed.
• Internet, Smart TVs with streaming capabilities for your convenience.
• Ductless, wall-mounted mini-splits and Window Air conditioning.
• Beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and a cooler are provided.
• Pack 'n' Play upon request, sheet not included.

**No Pets are allowed to stay. However, Homeowners have a dog that occasionally stays.

Bikes are a great way to get around and enjoy our town!

There are public parking lots: one in the town center, behind Allison's Restaurant, and the other next to the North Street Fire Station.

Kennebunkport and Kennebunk are centrally located and easily accessible from Interstate 95, just between Portland, ME. And Portsmouth, NH.
There are Amtrak train stations in Saco and Wells, and Uber is available.
Portland's international jetport offers easy flights in and out of Maine.
Boston Logan is a short drive, and with a local vendor, pick-up and drop-off can be arranged.
