☀ POOL: The seasonal communal pool is typically open from March to October/November. Please note the pool is usually closed on Mondays, and occasionally Tuesdays, for deep cleaning. Access may also be affected by weather conditions or building policies.
☀ AMENITY ACCESS: The cinema room, game room, and art room are available on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM CST and remain closed during evenings and weekends

- NO loud parties. This is a residential building, please be respectful of the neighbors that live next door. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Do not leave any trash, bags, or any other items outside the apartment door. The building is very strict and will impose a $75 fine per item if anything is left outside the units, especially overnight.
- Please do not stain any towels or linens. We provide makeup towels specifically for guests to use, we unfortunately will have to charge if we are unable to get the stains out of any towel or linen
