This condo is within walking distance to restaurants, bakery, hospitals, the Public Gardens and all that downtown has to offer, including being only a 7-minute walk to the waterfront. The unit has a huge private patio with LOTS of sunshine & views of the harbour. Indoor parking available @ $25/day
