-Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; a $250 USD fine will be imposed. -Please remember that the pool is open: Monday - Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. On Wednesdays, it opens at 2:00 p.m. for maintenance. -Important notice regarding the use of keys and doors: In case of lost keys, or if any of the room doors are accidentally locked inside, it will be necessary to contact a locksmith. The cost of the service must be covered by the guest currently staying in the apartment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in avoiding this type of inconvenience.

Apartment, pool, parking, and all social areas (except sauna and jacuzzi) are included. The gym in the building charges a fee (approximately 40,000 pesos per hour, but this may vary). A maximum of 8 people can be registered as guests during your reservation. If you are checking in after 5:00 p.m., you will need to pay a fee of 50,000 pesos upon arrival to the check-in attendant. This covers the cost of the employee staying after hours. The pool is open: Monday - Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. / 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Reservations must be made one day in advance.
