Cascade Lodge is located at the base of Red Mountain and offers a collection of well-appointed condos with covered parking, ample ski lockers, and a waxing room. The lifts are just a 5-minute walk away.
4D is perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or enjoying a cozy day indoors. As you enter, there is a spacious entry with a closet for jackets and boots. The kitchen, living, and dining areas are open-concept with 16-foot ceilings and large windows showcasing views of Red Mountain. A gas fireplace adds warmth and comfort, and the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals for up to eight guests.
The living area features one of the most comfortable couches in our collection, a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, and a six-person dining table that opens onto the patio.
The main floor has a three-piece bathroom, two bedrooms, and a laundry/utility room. The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the second features a full-over-full bunk with a single trundle.
Upstairs in the loft, there is a queen bed, a pull-out sofa bed, a walk-in closet, and a four-piece bathroom with a separate bath and shower. Newly painted and furnished with new beds, linens, towels, and furniture, this condo is ready for your stay.
Two parking spots are included, and the building has a communal hot tub to enjoy after a day of mountain adventures.
MINIMUM STAY POLICY
4-night minimum during Christmas holidays, 3-night minimum during winter high season, 2-night minimum all other times. If there is a 2-night window between bookings on the calendar, please contact us.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, guests are required to agree to and sign our Terms and Conditions. Approximately 3–7 days prior to arrival, you will receive the Terms and Conditions via DocuSign for electronic signature. A credit card is also required for a $1,000 CAD pre-authorized damage deposit. The hold starts on arrival and is released after checkout and property inspection. Once completed, self check-in instructions will be emailed approximately 3 days prior to arrival.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
These require an Occupancy Agreement, a non-refundable deposit equal to one month’s rent, and a Property Condition Guarantee of 50% of the monthly rental rate. Cleaning fees cover the departure clean at the end of the stay, with additional charges possible depending on the condition of the property. Toiletries and laundry detergent are not provided for long-term bookings, though starter supplies like toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, and garbage bags are included. Bookings of 27 nights or longer are tax-exempt; contact us for details.
