The verification process requires guests to provide their contact information, a valid ID, and authorization for an $800 security hold.

Security Deposit

A refundable $800 security deposit is required to cover potential damages.
If no damage is reported, the hold will be released after departure.
Processing may take up to 14 days, depending on your credit card provider.

House Rules

• No smoking inside the chalet (including vaping). A $250 fine will apply.
• Pets allowed (maximum 2). A $100 cleaning fee per pet applies. Pets are not allowed on furniture.
• Quiet hours after 10 PM
• Visitors must be approved in advance

Please report any damage or breakage to the property manager as soon as possible.

The owner/property manager reserves the right to terminate the stay in case of non-compliance with house rules.
