▪️This property may have regular maintenance (e.g., lawn and pest control) during your stay. If you'd prefer no service during your visit, just let us know in advance.
▪️Surveillance or recording devices on property. Video recording devices only monitor the exterior of the home, in the front entry, and the backyard.
▪️ We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and fees.
▪️ Mid-stay cleaning and other concierge services are available upon request for an additional fee.
▪️To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72–83°F.
▪️This house is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).
▪ ️During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.
▪️ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we’ll address them immediately.
▪️ Trash bins are located on the right side of the home. Recycling and green waste are collected on Thursdays, and regular trash is picked up on Fridays. Please ensure that trash bags are securely sealed and place the appropriate bins out the evening before collection day. Return bins to their original location promptly after collection.
▪️ Unregistered guests are not allowed.
▪️ No smoking within the property's premises. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is permitted outside only, and guests must properly dispose of cigarette waste. If there is evidence of indoor smoking, a $250 penalty will apply, and your reservation will be terminated immediately, with no refund for unused nights.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9PM will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not break or damage anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
▪️ Adhere to the standard check-in (4PM - 11PM) and check-out time (11AM). Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
▪️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges. Please note that moving the furniture in the house is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.
▪️ View Rental Agreement, Photo ID, and Security Deposit may be required upon check-in.
▪️ We reserve the right to charge a fee if ANY of the policy is violated.
▪️ Pets are welcome with a fee. Small to medium-sized pets only (20–80 lbs, 15–40 inches tall). A non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet per stay applies only if noted at booking; if not, the fee will be requested manually. Pets outside the size range or undeclared may incur a $250 fine. Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Host should also be informed if you have a service animal. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet/Service Animal owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.
