The living room is equipped with corner bench, sofa bed and TV. Bedroom with double bed and a bunk bed for 2 pers, closet. Bathroom with toilet and tub. Kitchen with 4 plate stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. After an eventful day the balcony invites you to relax. Towels and bed linen are provided. An underground garage belongs to the apartment.

The village center, our skiing area, the mountain railroad Hocheck are reachable in a few minutes. Excursions to nearby Austria, for example to the Zillertal (60 km), to Innsbruck (80 km) or Kitzbühel (40km) are possible. In winter skiing at the Hocheck with floodlights or tobogganing 3 km on the illuminated toboggan run into the valley. The skiing area Sudelfeld is about 20 km away. In summer Oberaudorf offers 200 km of hiking trails, summer toboggan run, parks, skate park, lido Luegsteinsee with large water slide, bathing lakes all around, nature and forest nature trail, asphalt stick track, bike rental, tennis courts, table tennis, billiards, mini golf, horse-drawn carriage rides, water skiing facilities, fairy tale, wildlife park very close.
