Home 2 features a private heated pool and spa with 4 sun loungers, a dining table seating 14, a gas grill, and an outdoor island with seating for 5. An outdoor shower is conveniently located near the pool. The third floor balcony features a large outdoor daybed, sectional seating, and a 65-inch Smart TV.

Guest Access:

The home is accessed via smart locks. Door codes and all check-in details will be provided via message and text on the day of check-in. Both homes and all outdoor spaces, including the private pool and backyard, are exclusively for your group's use.

Our home is located on Magazine Street in the Lower Garden District, one of the most historic neighborhoods in New Orleans. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. While this charming part of town provides a tranquil refuge from the thrill of French Quarter, it is truly a destination in itself.



All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.



Getting Around:

Our convenient location and safe neighborhood makes this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in the beautiful Lower Garden District while still close to most major sites. We are a 5-8 minute walk to the St Charles at Felicity streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 8-18 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 

-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  

-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 

-Pets are not allowed at this property. 

-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.

-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
