Whether you`re planning an extended getaway, a family trip, or a work-from-anywhere escape, this home has the space and setup to make it feel like your own.
Inside, you`ll find two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a dedicated den/office that gives everyone room to spread out. The open living area is warm and welcoming — a great spot to decompress after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and generous counter space makes cooking in easy, whether it`s a quick breakfast before a round of golf or a full dinner for the group. Sliding doors flood the space with natural light and flow seamlessly into the backyard. And if you need a little extra sleeping space, the den also features a futon — a convenient option for additional guests without sacrificing comfort.
Rest Well The primary bedroom is your private retreat — king bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom, positioned toward the back of the home for added quiet. The second bedroom is spacious and comfortable, steps from the hallway bathroom, perfect for family members or additional guests.
Work. Read. Relax. The separate den/office is a standout feature for longer stays. With a desk, comfortable seating, and natural light, it works equally well as a focused workspace or an extra hangout room when you just need a change of scenery.
Your Own Desert Backyard Step outside and the real magic begins. The private backyard is built for desert living at its best — a sparkling pool and spa, multiple seating areas, and a bocce ball court that`s been a guest favorite. Mature landscaping and open mountain views frame the yard, giving you that peaceful desert ambiance from morning coffee to sunset cocktails.
La Quinta at Your Doorstep You`re in a prime spot — minutes from world-class golf courses, Old Town La Quinta, great dining, and everything the Coachella Valley has to offer.
The property is adjacent to Washington St. and close to Hwy 111, so some traffic noise may be noticeable from certain areas of the home. Most guests settle in without issue — but we`d rather you know upfront than be surprised. The backyard and rear bedrooms remain a comfortable retreat.
Pool and spa heating is available upon guest’s acceptance of the Open Air Homes Gas Utility Allowance Agreement. A $100 gas allowance is included in your reservation. Any overage on the gas bill — prorated as necessary based on your stay dates — is the guest’s responsibility. A $1,000 refundable gas deposit is required after booking confirmation and signing of the allowance agreement. The deposit will be reconciled once the SoCalGas bill is received. Any unused portion will be refunded. If gas usage exceeds the deposit, the difference will be charged accordingly.
Pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously — heat will transfer between one system or the other based on your preference. Please note that the pool takes approximately 12–16 hours to reach the desired temperature, while the spa is ready within an hour.
This home is ideal for monthly stays, remote workers, families, and anyone looking for a well-appointed La Quinta base to explore, relax, and recharge.
Guests will have access to the entire home. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly gardener and pool service, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, golf courses, and scenic hiking trails are all just minutes away. The area is ideal for guests seeking convenience while staying close to outdoor recreation and desert attractions.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundance of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.
If you prefer to arrive and relax at the house, Uber and Lyft are readily available.

For stays over 30 nights, California law requires guests to sign a CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send this form after payment. The reservation is considered confirmed once the form is signed.
There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc.). Replacement costs will apply if items are not returned.
This is a non-smoking property. Any violation will result in a minimum $250 fine.
Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Excessive use may result in additional charges, due within 14 days of check-out.

- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
- Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!
- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.
- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.
- Additional fees are required for pool/spa heat if applicable, please reach out to Reservations for more details.
- The AC cannot be set lower that 75 degrees when the outdoor temperature exceeds 100s. If tampering with the HVAC equipment causes any issues which require a service call and/or repairs, this will be billable to your party

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
