- This property may have regular maintenance (e.g., lawn, pool, pest control) during your stay. If you'd prefer no service during your visit, just let us know in advance.
- We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and fees.
**PARKING**
Upon your arrival please go to the front desk directly behind the center elevator tower to pay the registration fee of $40 for the first vehicle $15 per additional vehicle up to 3. You will receive your parking passes and wristbands. If arriving after hours please try again the next morning. Parking passes MUST be prominently displayed with written information facing out. Be advised that Panama City Beach strictly enforces towing. Vehicles without proper parking passes will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
Please note the building will have ongoing construction through April. Work includes improvements to the walkways and may involve occasional jackhammering during daytime hours.
**WRIST BANDS**
ALL guests must be registered and will be issued wristbands. Wristbands must be worn when walking around or using common areas of the property. Do not lose your wristband, the replacement charge is $10 per wristband.
**PET POLICY**
The resort enforces a NO pet policy.
**ELEVATORS**
There are three elevators and three wings to this complex. The middle building has the Center Elevator. The other two wings are called east and west and are accessible if needed. All children under the age of six years old MUST be accompanied by a parent when on the elevator.
**LUGGAGE CARTS**
Luggage carts are provided on the ground floor at the base of elevators. Please park them at the door of your unit and do not take them into the unit. Please return carts to the ground floor.
