Welcome to a spacious, private studio residence with its own dedicated entrance, located on a quiet residential street in the heart of Williamsburg Brooklyn.

Designed with both comfort and creativity in mind, this thoughtfully curated space is ideal for a single traveler or a couple seeking a refined Brooklyn experience. You are steps from Domino Park and the waterfront, surrounded by some of the neighborhood’s best restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and nightlife — yet tucked away on a peaceful block.

Subway access is approximately a 10-minute walk to Marcy Avenue (J/M/Z) or the Bedford L train, placing you one stop from Manhattan. The NYC Ferry is also nearby for direct access to Lower Manhattan and Midtown.

Our stay at Jess' Brooklyn apartment was great! It's a wonderful location in the Williamsburg area with an upbeat, sophisticated, whimsical decor and a 60's soulful anthem. Jess is attentive as a host. We felt safe and relaxed during our stay. Nice hot water for showers too. I recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is great and the apartment was spotless. It's also very quiet at night despite being so close to cafes, bars and restaurants. Couldn't ask for better.

This was a great, cozy place to stay. We absolutely loved the place, and will definitely be on the lookout for this place whenever we come back.They have a great record collection, beautiful decor, and a couch so comfy, it lulled me to sleep whenever I sat on it.My only downside is that it is a bit of a walk to the subway station, but there is a bus stop right outside, and it makes for a surprisingly quiet nighttime.Definitely worth the stay :)

What a terrifically situated place! The vibe and decor are very “Williamsburg”, very New York City. And with the bridge right there that thing called Manhattan is actually within walking distance. Decent restaurants right nearby and central to everything else you would need. This joint is great!

This is a really cool place. The decor is awesome with a lot of character and the location is great as well...a couple block walk to a park with great city skyline views. The bed was really comfortable. Was a great place to call "home" for a few days. The host was extremely helpful for any issues that came up. Would definitely stay there again.

This is the perfect property in an excellent location. Easy to find, Jess and Michael made the check-in so smooth, no-fail. The loft is so stylish and comfortable, the perfect vibe. Kitchen is plenty big, especially for a short stay - Lincoln Market grocery store is across the street. Coffee shops, bars, restaurants, bus line, train all within walking distance - grabbing a Citi bike is best way to get around this part of town IMO, best if you’re a confident city rider. A great joy/walk path along the water is a block away. I can’t wait to book this stay again asap.

The host was very responsive. The location is excellent, just under Williamsburg bridge. Easy walk to everything in Williamsburg and even over to Manhatten. Big space. A turntable and many eclectic albums was a nice touch.

I’m an Ethnomusicologist and Vinyl DJ based between Brooklyn, New York, and Cape Town, South Africa. I was raised among the redwoods of Marin County, just outside San Francisco, and have spent the past 15 years traveling the world as a DJ and record collector. Music is at the heart of everything I do, and my spaces are a reflection of that—curated with intention to keep the vibration elevated.

I collaborate with artists and communities to spark positive change, and I deeply believe in the power of kindness, creativity, and uplifting the next generation.

I’m drawn to spaces that feel sacred—designed with care, calm, and inspiration in mind. I love being in beautiful environments with good energy and good flow, and I hope that anyone who enters my space feels that same sense of peace, presence, and possibility.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The long and short of it, is that I did not choose this neighborhood, in fact, this neighborhood chose me. This space is an absolute magical manifestation of my destiny and as such, I encourage others to be supported in whatever it is that they are manifesting while staying here.

That being said; this neighborhood carries the kind of creative energy and cultural richness that speaks to me deeply. The apartment sits right in the heart of South Williamsburg, just steps from the waterfront, where the city breathes a little slower, a little fresher and the skyline views of lady liberty remind you anything is possible.

As an artist and DJ, I’ve always been drawn to places that feel alive with intention—and Williamsburg is exactly that. There’s a balance here: you can find a quiet moment with a coffee and a journal, or step into a vinyl shop, a vintage clothing treasure chest, or a world-class restaurant, all within a few blocks. The area is walkable, stylish, and full of character—where old industrial buildings meet thoughtful new design, and where creatives from all over the world cross paths.

It is very accessible to Manhattan without being too deep into Brooklyn and that feels like a vacation at home. What I enjoy most is the way this neighborhood holds space for both inspiration and calm. Whether I’m digging for records, catching the sunset over the East River, or sharing ideas with like-minded folks at a nearby spot, this part of Brooklyn continues to fuel both my work and my spirit.

It is also the safest I have ever felt in New York City.
