The open kitchen keeps everyone connected and is thoughtfully equipped with a coffee station featuring a Keurig 2-in-1 for both pods and full pots. A dining table for six anchors the space, making shared meals, game nights, or trip planning easy and relaxed. Slide open the doors to the private balcony, where a table for four invites morning coffee or evening wind-downs with fresh air and peaceful surroundings.

This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a twin size bed and a twin size rollaway bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, also accessible via the hallway.





THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available.

o Please park only in designated spaces for this condo complex.

o No trailer parking is permitted at this location.

o Do not park in areas belonging to nearby complexes, posted tow-away zones, or block dumpsters, drive lanes, or fire lanes.

o Vehicles parked in violation are subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.

• Step-free access.



o Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $25 per pet, per day. Depending on your booking platform, this fee may or may not be included in your reservation total. If you are bringing a pet, please contact our Guest Services team after booking to confirm whether the fee has already been applied or if it needs to be added.

o We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:

o We allow a maximum of 1 pet per stay. Dogs only.

o Only dogs under 50 pounds are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.

o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.

o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.

o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.

o Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.

o Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, Damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.

o By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all our guests.
