The Space:

Come enjoy Arcadian I - located in Myrtle Beach, SC! This 2 bedroom, penthouse (17th floor), condo is located in a serene oceanfront building - you will enjoy the unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean from your balcony AND throughout the condo. The resort has amenities for you and the crew to enjoy!



Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.



Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities.



Living Area: Plenty of seating. Access to Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors.



Bedroom 1: King bed.



Bathroom 1: Attached.



Bedroom 2: Queen bed + bunk bed with a double/twin.



Bathrooms 2: Full bathroom.



Balcony: Private balcony with an oceanfront views. Seating!



Beach: Walk a few minutes downstairs to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay!



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Amenities: Outdoor pool & tennis/pickleball court! Complex gas grill!



HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.



Laundry: Private, in-unit.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the condo to themselves along with access to resort amenities (subject to HOA schedule).

The unit is located in Arcadian I - situated in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach, SC.

Getting Around:

2 parking passes are provided for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine pest control happens monthly on the 3rd Tuesday via the HOA. Per their rules, the technician is required entry for this service.

No pets. Max guest count is 7.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



ADDITIONAL NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
