The Space
You’ll find an open living area with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and direct lake views that extend onto the covered balcony, making it a great spot for morning coffee or evening downtime. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker for easy meals at home. Dining space includes a table with seating for three, plus four additional seats at the kitchen island.

Step outside to the balcony, where a table with four chairs lets you enjoy meals while taking in the lake views. For added convenience during your stay, you’ll also have access to an in-unit washer and dryer, making it easy to keep up with beachwear and longer stays.

A one-time $111.53 fee is paid directly to the HOA via their online portal (link sent after registration). Guests must pre-register with names, ages, and vehicle details. Parking passes are picked up at the front desk; wristbands are in the unit and must be left at checkout to avoid a $50 replacement fee each.
