Sunset Breeze Coastal Retreat is a modern 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home located in the quiet community of Rotonda West, Florida. Built in 2022, this coastal retreat offers a private heated pool, screened lanai, and outdoor kitchenâperfect for relaxing Gulf Coast getaways.
Inside, the open-concept living space features high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, and a large island with breakfast bar seating for four. The dining table seats eight comfortably.
The primary suite features a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower, plus direct access to the pool area. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes two twin beds. Roku TVs and free high-speed Wi-Fi are available throughout the home.
Outdoor living is a highlight with a private screened lanai, heated pool with sun loungers, two covered seating areas, and an outdoor kitchen with a built-in propane BBQ grill, refrigerator, bar seating for three, and a large outdoor TV. Additional amenities include a laundry room with washer and dryer and a 2-car attached garage.
Conveniently located just 1.5 miles from Rotonda West golf courses, 6 miles from Englewood Beach, 13 miles from Boca Grande, and 25 miles from Punta Gorda Airport (PGD).
