*Berm Trail – A quiet, beautiful walk through the desert. In summer, you may even spot desert tortoises.

*Thunder Junction All Abilities Park – Free, incredible for kids, and a must-visit. Giant playground, splash pad, train, shade, and restrooms.

*Jumping Rock at Sand Hollow Reservoir – A local classic when water levels allow. Best for confident swimmers; always use good judgment.

*Red Reef Trail – One of our summer favorites. Short hikes, red rock scenery, and natural swimming holes when conditions are right.

*Veyo Pies 🍰 – This one deserves special mention. Homemade pies, cinnamon rolls, and pure small-town Utah charm. Go hungry—you’ve been warned.

Guests have full access to the community amenities during their stay, including the pool, hot tub, lazy river, splash pad (seasonal and currently closed until March), slide, and pickleball court. These shared amenities are a great way to relax, cool off, and enjoy time with family and friends while taking advantage of everything the community has to offer.

We offer full self check-in, allowing you to arrive at your convenience and settle in with ease.

For the fastest response, please message us directly through the Airbnb app. We’re always happy to help and are just a quick message away if you need anything during your stay.

Please note that as Utah is a desert State, insects such as ants and the like are occasionally inevitable. The vacation property is treated for pest and termite control each month.
-No smoking/vaping or illegal drug activity is allowed on the property, there will be a charge in addition to any damages they may have occurred from smoking inside the home.
-No pets allowed. Any pet or presence of a pet that is found will result in a $500 fine, in addition to any damage the animal may have caused inside of the home
-No events, parties, or large gatherings
-Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
-Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 10 guests
-Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
-Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
-Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.
-Parking can vary in different complexes; vehicles must only be parked in designated areas. Please call ahead of time to inquire about RV, trailer, and boat parking as some complexes do not provide this.
