C'est le parfait Beach House !! Peinture fraîche et récemment rénovée à l'intérieur !! Cette maison est située juste à côté du golfe avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan et la plage juste en dessous. Il a une immense terrasse partiellement couverte pour profiter de la vue et du bruit de l'eau! Belle plage de sable pour se détendre! Profitez d'une toute nouvelle terrasse au niveau de la plage pour vous asseoir et bronzer !!! Cette grande maison de 4 chambres et 4 salles de bain est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin et a beaucoup de place pour toute la famille! Joliment décoré avec tous les nouveaux meubles de qualité. Pas d'animaux et non fumeur. GOLF GRATUIT !! Restez dans cette belle maison de plage et vous et vos invités recevez des coupons de golf pour le parcours de golf 18 trous de l'île. Location de voiturettes de golf disponibles au parcours de golf de l'Isle Dauphine ainsi qu'à une piscine publique.

Better than advertised.

House was perfect for our family vacation, the pictures on the listing really don’t do the property justice.The beachfront access was amazing. House was clean, and had all the amenities one could need to make it a home away from home.Rhonda was very helpful and responsive to all our questions.

perfect for families

LOVED this place. Our crew included two sets of grandparents, a four-year-old, and a seven-month-old. Everyone had a blast. The house was better than the photos. Plenty of space and well stocked with kitchen supplies, puzzles, and books. Being able to step right out onto the beach was fantastic and made bringing an infant a whole lot easier. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful rental! The location is great and it’s very family friendly. The house is spacious and clean. I would definitely rent this property again!!

Great Views, Right on tĥe Water

We had plenty of room. Everyone loved the top and bottom decks, outdoor shower, and fabulous views. We had ants coming in and the dishwasher didn't work. And overall great trip. We could see the fireworks from the beach.

Family Vacay 2024

We were there with our children and grandchildren for the week. Kids ages are 5 and 2 and being right on the beach was perfect. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The layout couldn’t have better. The hall bathroom could be entered from the hall or the kids room and had a tub with was a must with a 2 year old. Master Suite was in the other end of the house. Two queen bedrooms have their own sink and commode and then share a shower, so they are kinda en suite bathes as well. PERFECT BEACH HOUSE!!!

Spoiling the parents

We wanted to take our parents on a vacation this summer before one of them started chemo again and spoil all of them. Both my mom and my husbands mom have had cancer and now my mom has it again. This place was more than perfect for our parents and they loved of minute of it. They enjoyed the house, the view, and the easy walk to the beach. The host was very responsive. We have traveled to several different beach houses over the years and this was by far our favorite.

Wonderful Home!

We loved the house! It is even more beautiful and spacious in person that viewing the pictures. The lower deck is the absolute best! Perfect for enjoying the ocean which is just steps away. We highly recommend this home! We had one concern. It was difficult to complete washing and drying all the towels before we checked out. We have never had that requirement before when renting.

Great place, great location

We had everything we needed for a great family vacation. Two decks, lots of deck chairs, beach towels and toys, and lots of beach to enjoy right off the back steps. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone, and every kitchen appliance and gadget you need.

Best stocked property!

This property had everything we needed as far as cooking, cleaning, and laundry. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating in the common areas. There were also plenty of linens.

Loved the house and location ON the beach. House has a great layout with 3 out of 4 bedrooms on beach side. Plenty of bathrooms for our family of 9. House is beautifully but casually decorated with beach theme. Wonderful time

Greatness

This house worked perfectly for our extended family to get together for a week. The beds were comfy. The house design was perfect for our families. It has a bonus feature of an outside shower (not many have this). Location to everything was a short 5-10 minute drive. We are already discussing our trip for next year.

Private Beach

The very best thing about our stay was the private beach right outside our door! The kids could walk right outside and we could watch them from the comfort of the deck. The beach was all ours. The house was attractive and well kept up. Kitchen very usable with all the equipment we needed and it was good quality.Beds and bath were comfortable. Our only problem was that because this is a sort of rustic, natural place, and we had a couple of very rainy days, the roads were covered in deep water, a bit scary for me. Not too much to do besides beach it, but we did find a couple of restaurants, but make your reservations early as they fill up quickly! Overall, enjoyable and very family friendly.

100% PERFECTION

Absolutely the best experience I have had! House was extremely functional for 3 families with younger kids. The lower deck, outside, shower room, toy room, and sitting area made all of the difference. The only 1 I saw on the entire island with the lower deck with beach front.. It made beach day a blast not having to pack equipment and supplies a long way and a quick warm outside shower to rinse the sand off at the end of the day was perfect. The beach was only steps from the deck and was marked private to keep the public from sitting in the space. Stayed for 7 nights 8 days and didn't have 1 person cross the lines. Beach was fantastic and the ocean was shallow for the younger kids to swim with out any concerns. House was fully stocked as promised with everything from a bbq grill, sewing kit, and magic bullet blender. House was professionally cleaned upon arrival and never needed anything! Couldn't imagine a better House on the island for what we needed. 100 % would recommend this place and will be coming back.

BEWARE!

There are DampRid bags hanging in each closet. One of the bags leaked on one of a pair of expensive leather boots. The boot became so deformed it cannot be worn. It ruined the boot. I brought this to our hosts attention immediately. Our host refused to acknowledge this happened and stated there was no evidence of any leaking on the carpet. I would counter that is because the boot absorbed the DampRid liquid. We were disappointed in our hosts response. There was no discussion and were told there was nothing they could do. Any other response would have been preferable; to at least acknowledge the problem would have been better than the response we received.

Very nice trip

This house was the perfect getaway for our group of 10! Outdoor shower was perfect with washing of the kiddos after a day in the sun. Loved the porch on upper and lower level, both with shady areas to cool off. Plenty of beach toys for the kiddos to enjoy. House was clean and had no problems while staying here. Rhonda was polite and helped in timely manner when we had questions during our stay. Cant wait to come back and enjoy the island.
