Our property is designed for adults only. All rooms have queen-size beds, and there are no play areas or child-friendly facilities.

Smoking is not allowed inside any room.
Smoking is only permitted on the rooftop in the designated smoking area.

3. Noise & Parties
• No parties, loud music, or disturbances inside the rooms or common areas.
• Music inside rooms must be kept at a level that cannot be heard by the neighboring room.
• No outside guests allowed unless approved by management.

4. Pool Rules
• No swimming after 10:00 PM (pool closes at 10 PM).
• No nudity or sexual activity in the pool or any common area.
• Please shower before entering the pool.
• No glass containers near the pool.
