The space
Living Area:
Relax on the chaise lounge sofa in front of the wood-burning fireplace and catch up on your favorite shows or stream a movie. The large picture window brings in great natural light and offers relaxing views on snowy days. Enjoy entertainment on the 50” Fire TV with provided Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and HBO accounts.

Bedroom 1:
King size bed with Tuft and Needle Adaptive Foam Mattress. 39” Fire TV - Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and HBO accounts provided. USB power hub located on the nightstand for easy access to charge your devices.

Bedroom 2:
Queen size bed with Pillowtop Hybrid Mattress. 39” Fire TV - Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and HBO accounts provided. USB power hub located on the nightstand for easy access to charge your devices.

Dedicated Office:
Work remotely in our office equipped with a 60" desk featuring a Power/USB hub and peaceful backyard views.

Kitchen:
Fully stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal at home, complete with a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary k-cups.

Dining Room:
Ample space to enjoy a meal and then play one of our games or puzzles. Barware and cocktail mixing glass set provided for you to create the perfect drink.

Bathroom 1:
Full bathroom with shower/tub combination. Complimentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. Extra towels located in the hall closet if needed.

Bathroom 2:
Half bathroom located off of the Office.

Laundry Room:
Located off the dining room, behind the barn door, it features a stacked washer/dryer unit, iron/ironing board, and complimentary detergent and dryer sheets.

Backyard Space:
Unwind on a cold night or after a day on the slopes in our new Dimension One Hot Tub with 34 massage jets, waterfall, and ultra-comfortable high-performance lounge seats. Hot tub towels are in the kitchen pantry.

Gather around the fire pit under string lights. Campfire blankets provided in the kitchen pantry.

Lounge under the covered patio with outdoor curtains on each side for added privacy.

Technology:
Access your favorite shows with provided Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and HBO accounts. Enjoy the convenience of a smart lock with keypad entry, fast WiFi with speeds of up to 400 mbps download / 40 upload, and Amazon Alexa devices located in the kitchen and outdoor area for added convenience.

Other things to note
- Our landscape company comes twice a month.
- The Hot Tub is serviced twice a week. Our service days are Mondays and Thursdays.
