Summary:
Incredible location just steps to Metro, groceries, restaurants and more! Only two blocks to Safeway, Vida Gym, and too many restaurants and bars to count! The unit features high-end finishes including a european-inspired kitchen, blond wide-plank hardwood floors, a corner exposure with tall double paned windows, and excellent craftsmanship. The unit itself features a lot of extra storage off the living room, and the building features bike storage for up to two bikes inside too.
The Space:
Super bright, private first floor home only 2 years old- with gorgeous wood floors, kitchen and tall ceilings too! Large TV with Roku, plus bar table and comfy couch too!
Guest Access:
Guests can access the unit at any time 24 hours using the electronic keypads.
The Neighborhood:
Dupont Circle is DC's most vibrant and desirable neighborhood, with incredible architecture, grand homes and a beautiful circle at the heart of it that is a go-to spot on nice days to relax and enjoy the scenery. Just two blocks to Safeway, Vida gym, and tons of restaurants, bars and more- Dupont Circle is where it's at!
Getting Around:
Metro is just 3 blocks away at Dupont Circle (19th and Q) or a little longer to U Street (green line, 13th and U). Uber and Lyft are easy to use to get around, as are rented bicycles or scooters, and walking is super easy too!
