Welcome to 1880 Dupont, a ~490 SF one-bedroom full floor apartment in a historic 1800s rowhome in the heart of Dupont Circle, steps from great dining, nightlife and historical sites.
Fully renovated in 2025, the space has been designed with a collection of new and vintage pieces. Features include a full kitchen with marble countertops; living room with Roku TV; double bed; walk-in shower; and work desk.
Enjoy staying in one of DC's best neighborhoods!

I completely renovated my home in 2025 and am excited to welcome my first guests to my lower level apartment.
This one-bedroom apartment is perfect for one to two people looking to be close to the heart of Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan. The apartment is in close proximity to all that DC has to offer including major retail corridors (18th St, 17th St and 14th St), the bars & restaurants of U Street, Adams Morgan, Dupont and Kalorama
Key features include:
- Kitchen with marble countertops, full-size fridge, dishwasher, electric stove and microwave
- Nespresso with complimentary espresso & coffee pods
- 40" Roku TV that allows you to stream your favorite apps
- Bathroom with walk-in glass shower, lots of storage, medicine cabinet
- Desk with power station
- Bedroom with full-size bed and blackout curtains
- Washer & dryer with complimentary laundry pods and dryer sheets
- Dedicated mini splits in bedroom and living room allowing you to regulate temperature by room
- Access to a private enclosed back outdoor patio and front patio/yard
Other things to note
Parking - If you are driving to DC and need a place to park, feel free to apply for a visitor pass through the Park DC website and I can tag your license to my address and you will be all set! It is a very useful feature and parking is readily available along New Hampshire and T Streets (but pay attention to street signs).
Definitely try to grab a spot on New Hampshire as there are no day of week restrictions. I used to park on the street and had no issues and at most had to circle the block twice to find a spot.
House Rules - Please no smoking, vaping or loud music.
Pets - Dogs (under 50 lbs) accepted on a case by case basis with a pet fee. Please make a note when sending the reservation with a brief description of your pup.
