The pool is temporarily closed due to washout from the high tides that formed under one corner of the pool. The projected timeline for completion is tentatively set for April 2026. The actual time could potentially take longer so we have reduced rates indefinitely to account for any potential delays. The private beach access is also closed but there is a public access open just next door at Van Avenue Park. Current rates reflect the amenity closures.

Welcome to Sand Dollar Condominiums in Daytona Beach Shores! This eighth floor condo has stunning furnishings and breathtaking ocean views from the primary bedroom, the living room, and the kitchen! Included in your stay are all the resort-style amenities at Sand Dollar Condominiums such as an on-site fitness room, sprawling oceanfront sun deck, community room, oceanfront heated to 85F (seasonally) pool with hot tub, 2 saunas, and secure garage parking.

When you enter this unit the ocean views will take your breath away! The ocean view balcony can be accessed from the living room as well as the primary bedroom. The living room includes leather, reclining furnishings, a large Smart TV, and stunning ocean views. The kitchen with all new appliances comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and overlooks the dining area.

The ocean view primary suite hosts a king bed, Smart TV, and large closets. The adjoining primary bathroom contains a vanity and large walk-in shower with a low ledge. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and Smart TV. The full, guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo adjoins with the guest bedroom is also accessible from the hallway. This condo also includes a convenient laundry room in the unit.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
