-Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
-Keep the property clean and tidy during your stay.
-Report any maintenance issues or accidental damages immediately.
-Place all trash in the designated trash bins.
-Turn off lights, fans, and electronics when not in use.
-Enjoy the outdoor amenities responsibly.
-Respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
-Park only in designated parking areas.

🎣 Fish Cleaning Station
If you use the fish cleaning station:
-Clean the station thoroughly after each use.
-Remove all fish remains and dispose of them properly.
-Rinse down the cleaning surface.
-Turn the water supply completely OFF when finished.

Failure to properly clean the fish cleaning station or leaving the water running may result in an additional cleaning or maintenance fee.

💲 Damages, Missing Items & Rule Violations
Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay.
Additional charges may be applied for:
-Damage to the home, furniture, appliances, or amenities.
-Missing inventory items, including linens, towels, kitchen items, games, décor, or other provided amenities.
-Excessive cleaning required beyond normal turnover.
-Failure to follow house rules.
-Unauthorized guests or events.
-Smoking inside the home.
-Improper use of the fish cleaning station.
-Lost remotes or other items.

Any damages, missing inventory, or rule violations will be documented and charged through the booking platform in accordance with Airbnb`s policies.

-Bagging and disposing of trash in the outdoor bins.
