With 2 bedrooms plus a studio sofa bed, this home is ideal for couples, families, or small groups looking for comfort, space, and unforgettable scenery after a day of adventure.
"The Space"
This exceptional three level mountain residence was thoughtfully designed to showcase breathtaking views of High Sierra Mountains. Surrounded by nature and framed by windows throughout, the home offers a refined yet tranquil escape where luxury and natural beauty blend seamlessly.
"Living Areas"
The main open living space is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring a plush lounge sofa ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure. Large windows flood the room with natural light and offer uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape. Enjoy cozy evenings with Fire Stick streaming while overlooking the deck and mountain scenery beyond.
A separate studio loft space provides additional flexibility, featuring a queen size sofa bed and the option to serve as a private sleeping area or an elegant game room with board games and children's books for the kids.
"Kitchen & Dining"
The chef inspired kitchen is both stylish and fully equipped, offering everything needed for elevated home dining. Kitchen amenities include:
* Full-size 5 burner propane stove top
* Dishwasher
* Oversized French-door refrigerator
*Coffee maker and Keurig machine (plus a variety of pods, coffee beans and teas)
* Cookware, serving ware, dinnerware, and flatware
* Countertop toaster oven (full size oven not provided)
Whether preparing a gourmet meal or a simple breakfast, the kitchen delivers both function and elegance.
Second level bedroom includes one queen bed and a twin size trundle bed with two twin mattresses that convert to a daybed when not in use. A full bathroom with walk-in shower is located on the same level. A ductless mini-split provides quiet, efficient cooling and heating. Private Balcony
Third level primary bedroom features a king bed, breathtaking views of the Sierras & Sequoia National Park, a ductless mini-split that provides quiet and efficient heating and cooling, private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub, walk-in closet, and a dedicated office desk for remote work.
"Outdoor Living & Views"
Step outside to experience multiple thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces. The front entrance opens to a private balcony perfect for morning coffee or sunset relaxation. Guests may also enjoy the front yard swing or hammock while observing frequent wildlife visits, including a family of deer that often passes through the property.
The spacious deck features a BBQ grill for outdoor dining, a propane fire pit, and a private jacuzzi, offering a luxurious place to soak beneath star-filled skies while taking in the mountain views. A short private walking trail located on the property provides a peaceful nature stroll just steps from the home.
"Dog-Friendly Stay"
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at this luxury retreat, making it the perfect getaway for guests traveling with their furry companions. With outdoor lounging areas and space to relax, pets can enjoy the mountain setting alongside their owners. The living room and each bedroom offer cozy dog beds so your four-legged family member can luxuriate right along with you.
