The bright and comfortable living room features a full-size sleeper sofa, a large Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies, and an open-concept layout that’s perfect for gathering, relaxing, and spending quality time together.



Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed, Smart TV, nightstands, a closet with a small weight set, and a luggage rack. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed with built-in LED lights, a Smart TV, nightstands, a closet, and a luggage rack. Bedroom 3 also offers a queen bed with built-in LED lights, along with nightstands, a closet, and a luggage rack. The kids’ dream bunk room is packed with fun and includes two full-size bunk beds with LED lighting and a slide, a large Smart TV, an electric drum set, an electric guitar, a pool table, and plenty of space for kids and teens to play. The primary master bedroom offers a king-size bed, Smart TV, nightstands, and a closet stocked with a Pack ’n Play and portable crib.



Above the bunk room is the Upstairs Ultimate Gamer’s Hideout / Theater, a space that quickly becomes a favorite for both kids and adults. It features gaming chairs, an Xbox with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, customizable LED lighting, and a setup that easily doubles as a movie theater. Games, toys, and books are also available to keep everyone entertained.



Families with little ones will appreciate the kid-friendly extras provided throughout the home, including a highchair, Pack ’n Play, portable crib, and a variety of toys, games, and books.



The dining and kitchen areas are fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. The dining table seats everyone comfortably with five chairs and a bench. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, toaster, air fryer, seasonings, and a complete knife set. A coffee station is available with both a Keurig and traditional coffee pot, along with complimentary Keurig pods to start your mornings right.



The home features three well-appointed bathrooms. One includes a walk-in shower, another offers a full bath with a tub and shower combination, and the master bathroom is attached to the primary bedroom and features a tub and shower. An iron and ironing board are also available for guest use.



Step outside to your private backyard oasis, where relaxation and entertainment come together. Enjoy the heated swimming pool, lounge chairs, outdoor couch, additional seating, and pool toys. The yard also features mini golf, an outdoor ladder toss game, a fire pit surrounded by eight Adirondack chairs, a propane grill, an outdoor shower, and string lights that automatically turn off at 10 PM.



The outdoor bar and entertainment area adds even more fun, featuring a fridge, a classic Pac-Man arcade game, seating for five, and pool towels conveniently located nearby.



The location is one of this home’s biggest highlights. The property sits in the heart of Largo and is walkable to downtown shops, Largo Central Park, and Bayhead Action Park. Largo Central Park is a 28-acre destination known for its open green spaces, shaded walking paths, and year-round events. It surrounds the Central Park Performing Arts Center, sits directly across from the Largo Public Library, and welcomes over one million visitors each year, making it one of Central Florida’s most popular urban parks. Bayhead Action Park features a 7,000-square-foot lighted skate and freestyle bike park, lighted basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, and a dog park with secure fencing.



You’re also just 15 minutes from Clearwater Beach and Indian Rocks Beach, where you can enjoy white-sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, and local attractions like the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, home to the area’s famous dolphins.



For your convenience, we provide beach gear including coolers, beach chairs, an umbrella, beach blankets, and toys, making beach days easy and stress-free.

We recommend ride share or renting a car.



Other Things to Note:

Pool pump and jacuzzi heater and pool heater run from 8am-10pm daily. We set the temp high enough during the day that it will still maintain 80s over night.



We do not provide cable television or streaming service login credentials. However, the TVs are smart TVs so you may login to your own streaming apps.





We provide a start pack of supplies. This includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel, three trash bags, three dish pods, three laundry pods, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. You are responsible for buying more if you need.





Heated Pool: The pool can be heated for a $35/day fee. Please note, the pool must be heated for the entire duration of your stay (no partial heating). It is typically heated to 83-88°F depending on ambient temperature, and will be heated up to 20-25 degrees above ambient temperature if the outside temperature is below 50°F. Please note, it is not a hot tub.



Max weight capacity for slide is 150 pounds.



After booking you will receive a message from our partner Truvi for ID verification and screening. This must be completed before checking in.






There are no parties or gatherings allowed on our property. Guests on property should not exceed occupancy limit without prior approval.



After booking you will receive a waiver to complete. This must be completed prior to checking in.



Pool is serviced twice a week on Monday and Friday.





POOL & SPA NOTE: The pool and spa share a heating system and cannot be heated simultaneously. Let us know which you prefer before arrival and we’ll set it up. Please note pool/spa temperature cannot be adjusted mid-stay.

For properties with both a pool and spa, please note that if pool heating is not selected, the spa will not be functional as a heated feature and will simply serve as an extension of the pool area.
