Spectacular scenery, decorations, and excellent accommodations. This [2] bedroom villa is in an elevator CABIN at the top of Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort (5-star resort) in Gatlinburg, TN, and offers everything for family holiday togetherness & privacy. Resort offers excellent accommodations, service, comfort & amenities. So many enjoyable attractions & activities in the vicinity.
THE SPACE
Villa accommodates [8] adults and consists of [2] interconnected condos ([1] deluxe condo with a balcony, jetted tub, 1.5 bathrooms and [1] standard condo) double the comfort, double the fun. Each condo consists of the following: one bedroom with king bed; living area with queen sleeper sofa; dining area; bathroom with shower, hair dryer, washer and dryer; fully equipped kitchen; gas fireplace; 2 TVs; in-room safe; ironing board. Linens (bed, bath, and kitchen), shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent provided.

Resort Amenities - Concierge service, superior guest services, IN-DOOR/OUT-DOOR WATER PARK with lazy river (free), WI-FI (free), 2 heated pools (1 infinity pool with bar at top of resort), hot tub at infinity pool, mini-golf at top of resort(free), casual restaurants, playground, firepit and swing at the top of the resort overlooking Smoky Mountain National Park and Gatlinburg, in-resort shuttle, market place & deli, on-site gym, luxury spa (fee), attractions & events tickets center, 24 hour security (gated community), liquor store at entrance to resort, easy access to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge trollies
All units and amenities are resort owned and operated. The resort assigns the specific unit around the time of check-in so your view may vary.
Let us know if you have a preference to be near a specific location (i.e. pool, mini golf, etc.) or if you would like a specific view. We will gladly notate your preference and send this over to the resort as your stay gets closer. Please note that requests are not guaranteed. Room photos are only samples, the arrangement of furniture and view of the balcony may vary depending on availability. Property maintenance is overseen and controlled by the resort, therefore any issues regarding property maintenance or unit upkeep fall within their responsibility to rectify. Additionally, the resort retains the right to alter or close the amenities in accordance to health restrictions, construction projects, or any other ongoing issues.
Incidentals Deposit - $50 (if using a credit card) or $200 (if using cash) DUE TO RESORT AT CHECK-IN BY GUEST, refundable at check-out if no charges
Pet Friendly - PET FEE DUE TO RESORT BY GUEST at check-in, $150 cleaning fee (non-refundable), if damages then additional assessed fee will be charged on the final bill. Pet Policy: Two small (2) dogs or two (2) cats are allowed per unit and must not exceed sixty (60) pounds combined. Guests with service animals will not be charged the above fees.
