⚡ Electricity

For short stays (2 to 27 nights), electricity is included. We kindly ask you to help conserve energy by keeping the A/C at 25°C (77°F) and turning it off whenever you leave the apartment.



For long stays (28 nights or more), electricity is not included and will be charged based on meter readings at check-in and check-out. The fee is calculated proportionally to the number of days stayed.



📝 Rental Agreement & Security Deposit

After booking confirmation, we will kindly ask you to sign a short-term rental agreement.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or during check-in, depending on the booking platform. This fee is processed as a credit card transaction and will be fully refunded after check-out if all terms are met.

Guests must be 21 years or older to book



Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property (tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs). A $300 USD fine applies for violations



No parties or events allowed – please respect the peace and privacy of the neighbors



No loud music after 10:00 PM



Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property



No tents, camping setups, or external structures are permitted



Guests agree to cover any damages or excessive cleaning fees if applicable



A valid government-issued ID is required upon arrival or during your stay



Please avoid moving furniture



Pets are not allowed, unless previously approved (an additional fee may apply)



Do not hang towels or clothes over balcony/terrace railings



Please use the safe for your valuables. We are not responsible for loss or theft



Pool and common areas rules must be followed:



No glassware, food, coolers, or loud music



Only disposable or plastic cups are allowed



Respect operating hours and community guidelines



You’ll be asked to review and sign the building regulations upon arrival



Interaction with Guests:

One of our hosts will provide you with the arrival instructions. We will send you the door code on the day of your arrival. All the information you need to access the property will be provided to you before your arrival. You will enjoy complete privacy during your stay, but we are available 7 days a week.
