Quiet and Cozy 4 Bed, 3 Bedroom, 2 Full Bathroom Home in Ann Arbor

Located in a quiet neighborhood near UM North Campus and Hospital. 7 minute drive to Central Campus or Downtown, 10 minutes to UM Stadium.

My goal is to create the place where I would want to stay! Real beds (no pullouts or air mattresses), fluffy towels, quality bath products, lots of tableware, streaming TVs, coffee, parking, extra everything, and all the comforts of home.

Clean and simple, but warm and welcoming. With a caring and responsive host!

- All bedrooms are on the main/ground floor, as is the kitchen, dining room, living room, and one full bathroom. The laundry room and the other full bathroom are the only guest areas located in the finished basement.
Accessibility: There is a single step up from the outside on to a landing, followed by one more step up to the main floor.

- Bedroom 1: Queen bed, 2 full closets, dresser, 2 nightstands with USB ports, and a 43 inch smart TV.

- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, night stand with USB ports, small closet, desk and desk chair work area, and a 32 inch smart TV.

- Bedroom 3: One full-size (double) bed, one twin bed. Nightstand with USB ports, full closet, and a 32 inch smart TV.

-All bedrooms have plenty of extra sheets, pillows, and blankets in the closets.

- All TVs are signed in to YOUTUBE TV (100+ live TV channels and on demand), Prime Video, Netflix, Max, Hulu, Disney Plus, and Peacock.

- Kitchen: Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven-air fryer combo, coffee maker, basic spices, olive oil, cookware and cooking utensils.
Also provided:
-Local gourmet coffee.
-Large selection of tea bags.
-Various coffee creamers.
-Jam and jelly packets.
-Ketchup and mustard in the fridge.

- Living Room: Large sectional couch with throw blankets and a 65 inch smart TV.

-Dining Room: Cozy dining area with seating for up to 6. Plenty of silverware, plates, cups and mugs.

- Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms (1 is downstairs in the finished basement). Hairdryer, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, travel size toothpaste, hand+body lotion, and LOTS of extra towels.

-Laundry: Full-sized washer and dryer with detergent.

- Backyard: Enclosed yard filled with trees and plants. Deck with seating and outdoor table.

- Parking: Carport attached to house with room for up to 3 cars to park lined up in the driveway. 24/7 FREE street parking with plenty of spots (seriously, the street is always empty).

- Around town: City guides, maps, bus schedules, and other local info provided.

- Prospective UM students: Information booklets, guides, departmental pamphlets, and QR codes to download maps and self guided tours are kept in the house for those specifically visiting the University of Michigan.

The maximum capacity is 6 including children/family. Otherwise, The capacity is 4 unrelated adults.
