We provide a starter kit for your convenience, including:

Paper towel rolls
Dishwasher pods

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap

*PLEASE buy rental insurance, it's cheap and will save you your trip cost should you have an illness, weather related travel issues, flight problems and a host of other circumstances. We are not a travel insurance company and do not provide refunds for these types of issues.

* A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation.
* You must be 23 to rent
* No 3rd party bookings. The person booking must be the person staying.
* No pets
* No smoking
* No fireworks

*Check out is 10:30am. There is a $50 charge for staying a 1/2 hour past check and $100 for every half hour after that. Please understand, other guests are arriving and the property needs to be cleaned and prepped for them as it was for your stay.

There is property camera. It records motion and sound at the exterior of the property and can be accessed in real time or recordings reviewed if needed.
